Fantastic new family town house on the amazing 5 star Windsor Hills resort, only 2 miles from Disney's main gates & with great access to the main Central Florida attractions. The property offers 3 large en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying facilities and is fully air-conditioned. The family room has cable TV and wired broadband and extends to the private, heated splash pool and patio area at the rear. The property is not overlooked by neighbors & is situated in a very quiet location, only a short walk from free recreational facilities. Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool & clubhouse with fountains, water slide, & a hot tub lagoon spa. The amazing clubhouse over-looking the pool has a games room, HD movie theater, state of the art fitness center, billiards tables and a video game area, plus tennis courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, golf putting and a state of the art children’s playground.

Windsor Hills is perfectly located for the main Central Florida attractions, being only 2 miles from Disney, and with quick & easy access to Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks. We are just south of US192 and very close to Interstate 4, which means you are not spending your holiday in traffic jams. Travel to either the Gulf Coast (Tampa / Clear water) or the East Coast (Kennedy Space Centre / Cocoa Beach) is easy, both about 60 minutes drive. Travel to shopping malls and restaurants is easy with plenty of choice. There are numerous championship and high quality golf courses within a few miles of Windsor Hills. The choice is yours...you can either hit the theme parks, sample the Florida beaches, improve your golf, visit the hundreds of attractions the area has, or even take a drive down to the Florida Keys. Alternatively, you can try out all the recreation facilities the resort has to offer, or simply take it easy and relax. There is something for everyone at Windsor Hills.

An excellent holiday location

I'm just back from a 2 week family holiday staying in Windsor Hills. The house is first class, very clean, spacious and well equipped.
Windsor Hills Resort is also to be highly recommended. It is very secure and the clubhouse/pool facilities are excellent. It is a very quiet development where the neighbours are very respectable.
The location is very convenient and close to all the attractions.
Overall the house is to be highly recommended and certainly helped us have a very memorable holiday.

Just got back from two weeks at the resort. The townhouse was superb with excellent facilities both in the accommodation and on the complex. Excellent location with lots of restaurants just one mile away on the 192. Disney is only 5-10 mins away and Universal just 20 mins away. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just returned from this townhouse everything about it was just fantastic. the house was just like home from home & has plenty of room and well equipped. It is in a great location for all the disney parks & there are plenty of shops & restaurants close by. it is in a gated complex and quiet at night. this was our first time to florida and would definatly would return here. this is the way to go not room only hotels.

This townhouse was just as explained -it was in a great location within Windsor Hills, quiet and safe. The house was very clean and the facilities at the complex were great. Very well equipped and lots of local information provided - very useful.
Great location for all parks/shops/restaurants.
Definately will return and would highly recommend.

The villa was the absolute best part of our Disney vacation. That is not an exaggeration. With all the wonderful and amazing sites and parks that we visited, our favorite time was relaxing by the villa's pool or visiting the on-site recreation facilities.
