Sleeps 2/4. 1 bedroom apartment with communal pool and manicured gardens. Private garden and terrace. Situated in an established private residence with secure private parking. Ideal location 7 mins walk from the port and 200m from Boullabaise beach. 5 min drive to Pampelonne beaches.

The apartment is designed and finished to a very high standard of throughout. Travertine flooring, marble tiling to bathroom. New furniture throughout. The private garden is landscaped (travertine paving/mood lighting) for alfresco lounging/dining with a decking area incorporating a shower and day bed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. The famous port of St Tropez is 7 minutes walk and Boullibaise beach is 200m. St Tropez offers a host of amenities and attractions. It has all the glitz and glamour you could wish, yet still retaining its unique charm as an old fishing village. Attractions from, local craft to high end fashion boutiques, magnificent yachts, numerous cafes where you can watch people or admire the harbour artists. There is also a renowned market held on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the Place des Lices.

Fabulous St Tropez

We spend two glorious weeks in August in St. Tropez. The apartment is luxurious and is located close to the port and town beach. The main beach is only 10 mins drive away. The apartment is well equipped and the garden is delightful. We ate at the apartment some nights, and having the dining room outside is quite something! The pool is only 2 mins away, which was very quiet even in August! We would cetainly recommend the apartment - as it is private, extremely well equipped and located in a very central, yet quiet location.

Les Patios September 2012

My Husband and I stayed at Matts apartment in mid September. The weather was fab, not over hot just right, sunbathed everyday.

The apartment has its own garden which is very private, quite unique for an apartment in St Tropez.

The swimming pool is shared although most of the time we were the only ones using it ! The pool is 2mins walk from the apartment at the most, it was very clean and a pleasure to swim in.

We hired a car for the week which was great as we got to visit the surrounding area.

Gassin, a tranquil hilltop village and Port Grimaud, lots of water and pretty houses,were my favourites.

If you hire a car make sure its a small one, having private basement parking at your disposal is a huge benefit but be warned the car park is very tight in places.

The beaches in this area are lovely, theres a small town beach over the road from the apartment and better beaches within a 10 minute drive, Pampelonne beach was interesting !

There are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from in St Tropez all within easy walking distance of the apartment and as with all major towns and citys it isn't cheap to eat or drink out but having the apartment meant some nights we would eat in.

The apartments kitchen area is compact but it has all the facilities you need to create a lovely meal, there are 2 supermarkets really close by, the locals use them too so there are no hyped up tourist prices.

St Tropez town is a joy, lots of narrow streets with individual shops , the harbour where you can sit at one of the many bars have a glass of wine and watch all the lovely people and their boats come and go !

Les Patios is a super base to stay, its in a brilliant location and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it , only one downside.... TV wasn't working whilst we were there but hopefully by the time you go it will be fixed !

Definitely worth it!

We stayed in this lovely apartment in the end of May and absolutely enjoyed it!

The location is just perfect, and this is one of the vital things in ST - to have a possibility go get everywhere by foot. If you decided to spend some time there in summer- this is the right place!

We already saw the traffic jams and were so happy that our car was parked in a secure parking and we were just enjoying our time. Everything you may need is in 10 minutes of walk from you - the old city, port, shops, restaurants and bars. And the sea is just in front of the residence, and it will take 2 minutes to get there!

The apartment is really nice and equipped. Kitchen, furniture and the private garden allows you to get the maximum from your time in the apartment and holiday. You will have all the possibilities to cook some dinner and enjoy it on the couch in the garden- and that is so great!

We also enjoyed the common pool in the residence- we felt it like private as well most of the time. Only couple of persons joined us several times.

So the resume: if you want to enjoy your holiday in ST, you should definitely choose this place! And that is the thing we are going to do in you next time there!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our infant son for two weeks in early September.

The apartment is in a very good location, and town is only a short walk away. Very convenient to have secure parking as this is always difficult in St Tropez. The outdoor space is amazing, and very private - we had breakfast outside every day, and the odd glass of wine at night. The pool area was equally beautiful and hardly anyone else seemed to use it, so we had it almost to ourselves.

We were very lucky with the weather, and it would have been great to have air conditioning - however, there are some very good fans that worked very well.

The layout of the apartment is nice, and it feels quite spacious - and the kitchen allows basic food preparation, which is really all one needs on holiday. I would only recommend maximum two adults staying here, but we had enough space for our baby.

The only drawback for us was that the TV did not work, as English TV in France is always difficult to come across, this was a bit of a disappointment, and we were unable to watch any news for two weeks.

All in all our stay was very pleasant and definitely the best way to experience St Tropez at a reasonable cost. Luckily I remembered just enough French to communicated the necessities with the property managers, who do not speak English (but are very friendly!) If coming back to St Tropez we would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location!

The apartment was in the most perfect location, a 10minute stroll from the heart of St Tropez & a 2 min walk from the beach where we spent everyday. We really enjoyed the outdoor space which like the interior has been decorated very well & felt like an oasis of luxury.

THe only downside was that we struggled without air con in the August heat & whilst the pool is very quiet & private there are no facilities to lie on a lounger but it's perfect for a dip at the end of a day. We really really enjoyed our stay here thanks

London glamour mixed with St Tropez chic

The apartment felt like London posh hotel inside and St.Tropez beach club outside.

We were a little afraid that maybe this apartment won't be convinient for small child (2,5 y. old), but it was absolutely fine.

We enjoyed dinners in the garden and also used communal pool. Location was truly convinient for going to main beach and for short walk to St Tropez old city.

We highly reccomend the property.

Leisure activities - facilities are close by within 5 miles such as jet skiing, Aqua park go karting (Port Grimaud), horse riding, vineyards (Pampelonne), if required.

Toulon airport 50 mins. Nice Airport 1 hour 10 mins. Toulon Gare is the nearest Train station. Trains run from Kings Cross via Lille or Paris.
