Comfortable quiet holiday rental 2 room apartment, entirely renovated offering panoramic views onto Paris. It is on the 15th floor of a 19-storey residence with 2 elevators, in Paris-La Defense Courbevoie. The apartment building is surrounded by a wide forum planted with vegetation. Three gardens with trees are at the edges of this lively area. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a table, two chairs, a dishwasher, washing machine, a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, micro wave, microwave oven, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils. The sun-filled dining room has a large sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably, a wardrobe, a table to seat 4 , TV, English channels, radio, CD & DVD player, Internet access, telephone free of charges, a desk, two more chairs, iron and iron table available, a wall of mirrors. Nearest Airport: Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports at 30 Kilometres
Nearest Train: 5 minutes walk at 150 Metres
It is situated in the west of Paris, near la Grande Arche de Paris in a lively, touristic neighbourhood. Metro line 1 'La Défense' and RER line A 'La Défense-Gde Arche' providing direct easy access to most of the city's historic monuments, Concorde, the Louvre, Opéra, the Bastille. The Champs-Elysées is 4 minutes away with the RER line A. The Charras mall is on our ground floor with a supermarket, many restaurants, cafés, shops. Also on the ground floor of the building is an international news-stand, as well as a boulangerie, and the municipal swimming pool featuring a sauna, solarium, volley ball, ice Skating and bowling facilities. The Bois de Boulogne, Roland Garros, Hippodrome de Longchamp are 15 minutes away. 5 mn away from the apartment is another railway station reaching the centre of Paris in 8 mn at Gare St-Lazare, the Opera Garnier, les Grands Magasins, les Galleries Lafayettes, le Printemps. no cars needed. Excellent public transportation.

As we sat this evening discussing our favorite Paris moments, each of us mentioned this apartment as one of our highlights! Each day after sightseeing we felt like we were coming “home”, but not to just any home - this “home” has all the comforts, lots of extras like WiFi + long distance included and of course – a most amazing view that makes you feel like you can review each days’ adventures again – just by looking out the window! We enjoyed the history of Paris and the modern flare of La Défense.

What a beautiful apartment! We loved the view and would watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. Paris was beautiful and we felt so cozy here in this adorable and clean apartment! We had a wonderful time, the apartment was better than we had hoped, and we quickly felt very much at home. What a wonderful place, the view is amazing with the sunsets & sunrise of Paris. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. The children loved staying here so close to the train and where they could see the Eiffel Tower. We will be back soon.

Everytime I return to France it just gets better and better. I loved my stay and the comforts of home in this beautiful apartment, quiet and a breathtaking view all in one.
My daughter Samatha really enjoyed the mall being so close.
I will definitely recommend to friends this apartment. Jacqueline this is certainly my home away from home. Thank you for everything and see you soon.
