Recently built house with brand new fixtures and furnishings. Roof terrace with excellent views of sea and mountains, consists of BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers, making it ideal for relaxing and al fresco dining and watching the spectacular sunsets. Large open plan lounge/diner leads onto ground floor patio also with furniture. Located in peaceful fishing village, ideal for small children with safe, blue flag beach and pedestrianised sea-front walkway. The house offers the perfect retreat for couples or families demanding quality accommodation in Northern Majorca. This area of Majorca is excellent for walkers and cyclists. It is possible to hire cycles in nearby C'an Picafort and the house has a secure area where bikes can be stored. Colonia de San Pere also has a picturesque marina which has recently been updated. It is possible to charter boats from the port and the excellent sailing school offers activity weeks for children and adults.

Colonia de San Pere is a delightful fishing village featuring a small yachting harbour, shops and supermarket, church, bank, bars and restaurants. The village is the perfect location to relax and enjoy traditional Majorcan hospitality. Nearby there are rocky cliffs, isolated beaches with fine white sand, idyllic walking trails and lots of sporting facilities. It is 10 minutes drive to the quaint, historic town of Arta which holds its weekly market on a Tuesday morning. Here you will find some interesting shops and several excellent restaurants. For more serious shopping the town of Manacor is 25 minutes drive away. C'an Picafort, a larger resort offering go-karting, water sports, horse riding, etc is 15 minutes drive and the Alcudia water park is 25 minutes drive. There are several 1st class golf courses all within a 20 minute drive, eg Calcanada, Capdepera, Canymel & Pula.

Notes: Large lounge/dining room with open staircase. Brand new leather sofas, dining table etc. Flat screen TV with free view card so English channels are available also European satellite installed. Brand new large fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Granite worktops. Breakfast bar with high stools. Towels and linen are provided but we request that guests provide their own beach towels. The property will be cleaned prior to your stay and on your departure. Two week lets - beds will be changed mid stay. If cleaning is required during stay, this can be arranged and paid for locally.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr viel Platz und sehr gehobener Ausstattung. Eine Dachterasse mit schönem Blick auf die Bucht voll Allcudia. Ein schöner ruhiger Ort auf Mallorca mit sehr guter Gastronomie.
Ein etwas zu kleiner Strand trüb den ansonsten perfekten Urlaubsort!
