Laneia villa is a new luxury, air conditioned villa set in extensive grounds with a private king size swimming pool. The villa has 4 bedrooms so can accommodate larger parties or smaller groups should all the rooms not be needed. Set in a large 750 sq m plot the villa offers many opportunities to relax and soak up the sun and the views. Three of the bedrooms walk out through patio doors straight on to the pool which covers the length of the verhanda. With a huge sunshade to relax under you can watch the fun in the pool or there is an alternative verhanda that runs down the side of the villa offering stunning views of 20 miles of coastline from Pissouri bay right across the Akrotiri peninsular. Walk down into the mature garden area to cook yourself a BBQ. If you like to relax indoors, you can enjoy your favorite English programs courtesy of the Satellite TV & cool down with fans or air-conditioning in every room. All mod cons include CD & DVD players two showers and loos inside.

Pissouri is about 25 minutes from Paphos Airport. It is about 15 minutes from fantastic golf courses. The major cities of Paphos and Limassol are both about 25 minutes drive.

On arrival there will be a welcome back - including a very welcome bottle of wine. Clean linen and towels are provided for your stay - do not forget your beach towels. Inside the villa will be information and local contacts should you need them. Recommended restaurants and beaches, supermarkets etc are all provided in the book.

The villa is in an area called Pissouri Heights and in the heat of the summer it has a very welcoming cooling breeze. The village square is within walking distance with its many restaurants bars and tavernas. It is the only government preserved village square in Cyprus and is known for its wonderful friendly atmosphere. A five minute drive takes you to Pissouri beach area with more bars and tavernas and all water sports.

Our stay was very pleasurable as the villa and the pool were very relaxing and of high standards. The village and beach were lovely but we do reccomend hiring a car as the beach is quite a long way (not really walking distance). Restaurants and bars are very friendly and most people speak English. We would definitely return because the villa and the area were both lovely and very enjoyable.
