You can have a romantic getaway for a few days (minimum of a two night stay required), get some much needed rest and respite on a weekend, or enjoy a week’s vacation in a luxury villa surrounded by a score of amenities at the stunning Grand Geneva Resort and Spa® for only the cost of a suite at the resort.

These gorgeous villas are ranked among the top 15% in the world and the hospitality along with the guest services are the best to be found.

The one bedroom deluxe or smaller standard provides the comforts of home complete with kitchen or kitchenette with appliances. The deluxe also includes a Jacuzzi and gas fireplace to cozy up. The villas can also be combined to create a 2 bedroom lock-off that can sleep up to 8 adults with plenty of room.

Grand Geneva Resort is one of only five AAA Top-Diamond resorts in Wisconsin, and the only one in Lake Geneva. It is set on 1300 acres of enchanting rolling wooded hills and meadows, where you can enjoy championship golfing, cross country and alpine skiing, mountain biking or horseback riding. To help you get to all of the activities a complimentary trolley runs continuously every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. throughout the resort's property.

The resort’s amenities also include professional spa, indoor and outdoor tennis, indoor and outdoor pools, water park, fitness center complete with climbing wall, three great restaurants and more. A full time activities and resort services staff is available to provide onsite fun and assist you with off-site excursions and entertainment.

Lake Geneva is only a short driving distance from Chicago and Milwaukee, and has offered the best of the Midwest for decades. Historic homes grace the area, along with quaint shops, restaurants, and galleries.

The beaches on Geneva Lake (only two miles from the resort,) offer a plethora of water sports. Leisurely cruises, on restored historic yachts and replicas of paddlewheel steamers, carry passengers past stately, lakefront, summer mansions, including impressive Victorian estates.

About The Owner

Diane and I (Anthony) have lived in Wisconsin all of our lives. We have raised three children who are now having families of thier own. As a pastor in the Milwaukee area I like to get away for study, R & R, and just to have some fun with the kids and grandchildren. We bought at the Grand Geneva Resort 9 years ago for our family and to rent to guests. The experience has been great.

Why The Owner chose Lake Geneva

We chose the Grand Geneva Resort because it is one of the finest resorts in the state and because it was relatively near to our home. It has something for everyone in our family, including grandchildren. We have enjoyed everything from the championship golf courses to the great Water Park. The restaurants, spa services, fitness center, ski hill and even the 4th of July fire works display make this resort exceptional. I have yet to take my mountain bike out to the Grand Geneva trails but I intend to do that this summer.

What makes this villa unique

Our guests come from all over the country and many of them have come back again and again. I'm sure that the reason has to do with the beautiful facilities and services, but also because of our affordable prices. We have attempted to keep the cost of renting our villas close to the price of a room or suite at the Resort. Our guests have more space and privacy while they still enjoy all of the same wonderful amenities. We hope that you will give our villas a try, and maybe you will become one of the regulars.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect. Loved having the kitchenette and washer/dryer. The condo was very well maintained and very clean. Being able to use all of the amenities at the Grand Geneva was perfect. We will definitley be back for some more skiing and swimming! Thanks!

Frequent traveler, first time VRBO user here. The owner made this a pleasurable transaction from start to finish. Everything is as promised, illustrated and represented, but arguably better. Excellent communication and customer service from owner, including very detailed and easy to follow instructions for check in, check out, etc. I'd highly recommend to others that if you're looking at the Lake Geneva area or Grand Geneva, look no further, give this owner's unit a try.
