LARGE STUDIO WITH LOFT JUST RENOVATED AND FURNISHED WITH FINE

This lovely and spacious studio is on the ground floor of a quaint street of Ortigia. Situated behind the Temple of Apollo and the typical fish market of Ortigia, the apartment is ideally situated to live Ortigia, away from the noise of the most chaotic. The studio consists of a large entrance room with kitchenette and living room with sofa bed / dining area, spacious bathroom with shower, utility room, loft with sleeping area. The apartment was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Equipment: TV, air conditioning / heating, hairdryer, washing machine, linens, towels, crockery and cooking utensils. At 150 meters there are public parking Thales and the free shuttle bus to / from the train station / bus. The apartment is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights and no more than 3 months.
