Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Loma Vista, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• a. The maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests in total and exclusively for the named persons.
  b. Telephone reservations must be confirmed within 5 days in writing by receipt of completed booking form and
  booking deposit of £100.00 per week booked.
  c. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior arrival date.
  d. Booking deposits are forfeited if cancelled more than 8 weeks before departure.
  e. Once a booking is accepted, the full agreed rental is payable if cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival.
  f. Full payment is requested at the time of booking for arrivals less than 8 weeks.
  g. A security deposit of £200.00 will be required along with remaining balance and kept on file untill departure
  checks are carried out on the property. On confirmation that all is the security deposit will be be returned.
  h. Pool heat is charge extra at £15.00 per day.
  i. Additional nights may be booked when availability permits.
• The owners accept no liability for loss of mains services, water or electricity or for any loss, damage or changes caused by any event or weather conditions beyond our control.
  
  The household appliances and equipment must be used in a safe and proper manner.
  
  The swimming pool is used by guests entirely at their own risk. Safety alarms have been installed to the doors leading to pool area. Children and poor swimmers must be supervised at all times.
  
  Baby Equipment available with this Villa (One baby cot & one highchair). Any extra baby equipement need to be ordered in advance so we can arrange for them to be placed in home ready for your arrival.
  
  Arrivals/Departures: the house is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the final day. This is to allow the cleaners to prepare the home for the next guest due in.
• Worldwide medical/accident and cancellation insurance is most strongly recommended for all named guests.
  It is advisable for at least one guest in each party to carry a valid credit card. You will be asked for a credit card imprint on registration with the management company the following morning after your arrival unless arrangement have been made prior to your arrival.   Full 10-year passports are required for UK citizens entering the USA. Always make sure that your passport is current and has 6 months or more on it. Visa waiver needs to be registered on line now prior to your flight. These points should be checked independently in good time prior to travel.
