This large, well-appointed detached villa is new to the rental market for 2008. The open plan ground floor is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with plenty of room for all members of your party. The living room it's comfy sofas is a great, cool place to chill out when temperatures are soaring! The kitchen is big & well equipped with everything you will need & the dining room offers plenty of space as it leads on to the large, covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The built-in barbeque on the terrace makes for great al fresco dining in the evenings. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite) & a twin room (all bedrooms with air con. & balconies), a family bathroom (with full size bath) & a laundry room with washing machine, iron, etc. The second floor has 2 more double bedrooms, one very large one with a roof terrace & air-con. There is a another bathroom on this floor. The villa is situated in lovely gardens surrounding a large pool with great views.

Nearest Airport: Dalaman at 50 Miles
Nearest Ferry: Fethiye at 4 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres
Car: not necessary
Our villa, in Calis Beach, is a 45 minute transfer from Dalaman airport and the beautiful bay of Fethiye is only 4 kilometres away. The world famous Olu Denis lagoon is 10 miles away. The beach front in Calis is lined with around 60 bars and restaurants and our villa is perfectly located only being a five minute stroll away. Calis market is 400m from the Villa and there is also a water park around 150 meters away. There are also tennis courts and an Astroturf football pitch situated close by. A Dulmus, the local bus, will stop for you outside the villa and take you to Fethiye Bay for around 40p or you can take a water taxi from Calis Beach (300 m from Villa) for around 80p. For those who wish to leave the poolside there are several outings available including Local tours,Jeep Safari, Gorge Walking in Saklikent , Trout Farm visit and many boat trips such as the Twelve Islands cruise (great for snorkeling). Leaflets containing details of all these can be found in the villa.

2008 Guest Comments: We had a wonderful time thanks. Your villa is just great and we shared the pool for most of the week with just Rachel and Lawrence next door. There was just a casualty of one broken glass! We found Calis charming and went to Olu Deniz for a day which was lovely. We also hired a boat for the day with a charming Turkish family looking after us and we even caught a tuna fish on the way back in!!! Got the heating on now as got too used to the heat out there!! You are lucky to own such a perfect place!

Top class villa, which was ideal for 8 people of various ages. Very clean and well maintained with lots of friendly people about to help with all kinds of queries. It is situated close to the main bars, resturants and shops. The 12 island boat trip is a must with Cadianda Tours, also eating on the front watching the sunset is something we highly recommend. As for telling friends, we daren't incase it gets fully booked next year and we can't go again (ha ha).

Fantastic Villa - Great Location

It was our first time to Turkey, we absolutely fell in love with the place, the villa had everything you need (home from home) very clearn and inviting, an location ideal. Great pool which we normally had to ourselves as you find guests use it at different times. Very easy to get around, with the beach, resturants/bars a five minute walk away. We used the buses, taxis and water taxis to Fethiye, very easy to get about - I don't think you need to hire a car. The locals are very friendly and great with children. Our big disappointment is that it is already fully booked for August 2010. I highly recommend a visit - but don't tell too many people!!!

The villa is superb and had everything we wanted for our 2 weeks.The villa is well located,far enough away from the busier parts, but only 10 mins walk to the main bars and restaurants. The boat trips around the islands and bays are a must, and well worth hiring your own boat for the day for £100.

The sunset and the scenery down at the beach is stunning and eain dinner taking this in each night was heaven.

The trip was painless with Niki organising all the transfers which were prompt and the drivers helpful. The atmosphere around the pool was excellent and some days we had the pool to ourselves.

We are considering returning next year .

Ten of us stayed at this fabulous spacious villa - 5 adults and 5 children 5 to 15 years. The villa was spotless and had all the facilities you would need for a great holiday. Large well maintained pool and shady veranda much needed to hide from the sun!! The shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance - the sunset must not be missed it was the most beautiful sight we have ever seen. There is something for everyone within the area - a day trip round the islands should not be missed - go to where the water taxis are and ask to book a tour on boat 18 and spend a day not to be forgotton! All the children and some of the adults were in tears as we left - proof of a fantastic holiday.

IDEAL FAMILY VILLA. SUITS ALL AGES

There were six in our group and was great for both our children and parents as well. The villa is as the photos show. It was lovely not having to use a car. Plenty of trips you can go on if you wish or you can just laze around the villa. Recommend hiring a boat privately it was such a fun day. We even saw a dolphin. Eating out is very easy and restaurants offer extensive choice, so caters for all tastes.
We would definately consider going back. Niki was very good at answering all queries and offering helpful advice.
We did not have any rain for two weeks just pure sunshine!!
