Modern flat, room for up to 4 adults, optimal for 2 couples and 1-2 children.

This modern appartment is situated directly on the harbour front on Dampfærgevej.

It has a great view from the terasse to the yachts and Langelinie.

The flat is very central to Copenhagen. Five minutes walk to the S-train at Østerport Station and to Langelinie, Kastellet and The Little Mermaid. Also close to Bredgade with all the art galleries and Amalienborg, Kongens Nytorv with Nyhavn, The Royal Theater, Magasin and the Strøget. Tivoli, the Town Square and the Central Station is on the S-train line. The flat has an elevator and locked parking in the basement. Parking is 200 kr./day. Shopping is 20 m away. The flat is furnished with modern furniture and exiting paintings, a terrase facing east, livingroom with a flatscreen TV and internet, kitchen with stowe and dishwasher, two bedrooms and a study plus a big bathroom with washer and dryer. Two children can stay for free on an double matrass.

Here you will feel safe, in pease and quiet, with greeen surroundings.

The apartment is a 5 minutes walk from Maersk Headquaters, and 10 minutes walk from the British Embassy.

“Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren 4 Tage im Appartement. Lage zur Stadt ist super (direkter Bus Nr 26 zu praktisch allen Sehenswürdigkeiten). Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Bettzeug und Badetücher vorhanden. Ebenfalls Tee, Kaffee, Salz, Zucker etc. - man kann sich gut selber verorgen, zumal ein Laden gleich nebenan ist. Internet vorhanden, funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell. TV nicht benutzt. Alles sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Balkon mit schönem Ausblick zum Hafen und ein wenig bis ans Meer - wunderschön, zumal es im Sommer ja lange hell und auch warm ist ( sonst hilft die Heizung nach ;-) Wir können das Appartement wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke Nynne für den warmherzigen Empfang!”

WONDERFUL AND PEACEFUL!

The owner of the apartment was great to deal with. Very easy transaction and pleasant. Good location, Easy access to public transportation, supermarket about 15 steps away and an AWESOME bakery about 10 steps away... About 20 minute walk along the water to Nyhavn but 5 minutes from the Mermaid and the Langelinie Pier to shop. Pizzeria and a grill restaurant half a block down.
Sitting on that balcony was the BEST part of the day. So peaceful.
I would stay again, and I would recommend anyone else to stay here.
Suggestions.. Bring your own towel and a sleep mask if you stay in the second bedroom unless the owner fixes that shade. I'm sure she will!

CLEAN AND PLEASANT PLACE WITH SOME CONCERNS

This was a nice place which was clean overlooking the canal. It is relatively close to most sites of interest. Balcony is nice to sit on and have a meal. Some possible concerns for people- there is no window covering in the one bedroom which runs from the floor to ceiling so sunlight wakes you up very early and their is no sense of privacy in that room, bath towels are skimpy, more like a hand or face towel intead of a full size bath towel. Also no toilet tissue was provided so we needed to buy that even though it was indicated that it would be provided.
