Luxurious 1 bedroom appartment

This one bedroom villa unit offers the opportunity to escape from hectic city life. It is a 2 minute walk to the sea and offers peace and tranquility. The apartment is 50 m² and is part of a 6 unit complex. It has a frontal sea view and a rear view of a forest. The fixtures include silver fridge and stove, plasma TV. It can accommodate a couple in a double bed and a child or 2 in a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

The apartment is 5 years old in a relaxing village. It provide all comfort and facilities for a relaxing get away. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the sea and offers a sea and forest view. The area offers picturesque nice sea sidewalks or bicycle riding The area has many rocky coves for snorkeling or fishing. Its popular for fishing octopus.

There is a minimarket just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and a larger supermarket in the fishing port of Souvala. In the port of Souvalas you may find traditional taverns or a nice place for a drink. Enjoying a drink with the wonderful view of Souvala port at Anassa is highly recommended. A 10 minute walk would lead you to the healing thermal water of Loutra Souvalas.

Entertainment and activities:

We highly recommend to visit the beaches of Loutra souvala, Agia Marina where you will find the most sandy beach of the island, Klima a quiet a beautiful small cove, Portes a small fishing village, Sarpa beach and Moni.

From the port of Aegina you can take many day trips to other islands close by such as Angistri, Poros, Ydra where you can get a flavor of different island lifestyles. Important to that Athens is just a 35 minute trip with the speed boat where you can visit the Acropolis or the streets of Plaka just under the Acropolis where you can have a nice lunch or buy souvenirs.

For nightlife its recommended to try the bar Renvi or other bars at Perdika fishing port or Souvala

Agioi is situated on the North side of the island of Aegina. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the fishing port of Souvala and a 15 minute drive to the busy town of Aegina. Aegina's port has regular services of ferries and hydrofoil to and from Piraeus, the main port of Athens. Athens airport has a frequent bus service direct to Piraeus (1 hour and 10 min approx.) Then, follows a 35 min. hydrofoil journey (or 1h by ferry) to Aegina.
