Spacious bright and airy 3 bedroom townhouse with fantastic sea views located in the heart of Praia da Luz, only a couple of minutes walk to the sandy blue flag beach and local amenities. The property is well furnished and equipped to ensure your holiday a comfortable' home from home' experience.

The external stairway at the rear gives access to 1st floor terrace with sea views. The south facing terrace is a sun-trap and the adjustable sun awning gives shade making the veranda an ideal spot for outdoor meals. Outdoor table and chairs are provided.

All visitors will be met by our local management company who will be delighted to deal with any questions you have. They will also be able to deal with any problems you may have during your stay and are on call 24 h a day.

Praia da Luz is a bustling small town during the Summer season, which overlooks a beautiful sheltered bay. The beach is very safe and sandy with stunning rock formations. Luz has a great choice of restaurants, cafes and beach bars. You will find excellent clifftop walks to the neighbouring villages of Burgau and Salema. Luz also has a water sports centre for jetskiing, flying fish, banana rides etc and a scuba diving centre. Along the West Coast there are many beautiful sandy beaches to explore particularly if you like to surf.

Nearby Lagos: Lagos is surrounded by history, many enjoyable beaches with fine golden sands. The historic part of the town with its narrow cobbled streets has hardly changed over the decades. There are a good variety of cafes serving local and European foods with esplanades where everyone gathers to just watch the world go by. Plenty of children activities. Make sure you choose one of the many low cost trips to see grottos, go fishing, dolphin watching and kayaking. Lagos also has a new and spacious municipal swimming pool and gymnasium. An all weather running track is also available near to these facilities. There are waterparks such as Slide & Splash with discount vouchers. Zoo Marine is a marine life theme park with plenty to see. There is also an animal Zoo 5km away accessible by car or bus. There is great coastal walking all year round, bike hire and Jeep Safaris. In nearby Portimao, approx 20 kms away, you will find the new and popular motor racing circuit for a great day out. There are great surfing beaches nearby. Two golf courses adjoin the Lagos town and there are 25 plus more to play in the Algarve region. Historic day trips (Silves, Monchique, Trips to Sagres and the St Vincent Coast) can also be booked.

  • A €150 booking (non refundable) deposit is required to secure the holiday period. This may be transferred by electronic international transfer i.e. SWIFT Transfer from the foreign exchange counter of your bank.

    The balance of the rental fee is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.

    Payment is also required of a security deposit of €150 against any damage or loss to the apartment or the contents/facilities, which might occur during the letting.

    The Bond will be used for excessive cleaning required or to repair damage from breakage, to clean stains from spillage and related accidents.

    After inspection of the premises and assessment of any damage, the Bond will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your stay. You will be advised of any deductions for damage repairs - replacement of breakage- excessive cleaning.

    Rubbish disposal is along the road to the left on the way to Baptista supermarket where you deposit rubbish in large bin containers.
