This small but beautiful work of art was born around 1500, by the Caccialupi, also known as the 'Marche'. He gave the task of realizing the homonymous palace courtyard to Bramante, thus arousing the ire of Bernini.La chapel, converted into a house with quality work and a commitment to spending rather heavy, a large surface area (110sqm), soberly decorated with pieces of modern and antiquariato.Aprendo, the door is placed on this majestic, elegant and cozy loft at the bottom of a large bookcase serves as a separator with the back alcove with single bed, a first spiral staircase leads to the higher level where there is one study with a double bed where the atmosphere elegante.Ritornando to the entrance on the right is the kitchen, while the left is the bathroom with the door to vasca.Procedendo, right c 'is the second spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom very intimate and sensual.

Awesome Location

The location of this little gem can't be beat. Steps from Piazza Navona and in walking distance to anything you'd like to see or do. The apartment is cozy albeit a bit rustic, and would really benefit from a fresh coat of paint and perhaps a few new bits of furniture here and there (So...its a bit tired, but so easily rectified. I hope the owner decides to make these minor improvements). I would recommend this apartment for a couple or perhaps 3 people who knew and liked each other well (because there aren't any walls to the bedrooms you can hear all that goes on-:)

In the morning there are wonderful aromas from the bakery next store. A nice extra plus.

All in all, this apartment's amazing location in the heart of "old Rome" makes it well worth renting.

Thi was my first trip to Rome and I knew that location was important If i was going to fi in all the sites I wanted to see. Th location of his. Property coul no hv been better and it was so comfortable and charming to back on an evening an relax in.

The two representatives that welcomed us were great and spent time going through th ites to see in Rome, showed us where te upper market was and how to us the transport. Thy really were a fantastic help to us.

I'll definitely be styling here agin the next time come to Rome.
