The Farm, a destination for an exclusive clientele, is located in open countryside, away from the road about 300 meters to enjoy absolute privacy. It 's reached by private road in' breakthrough 'with access to a huge iron gate, part of a typical fence Maremma. The villa has a swimming pool 15 x 5 meters. designed to recall the styling cues of the old wash houses and springs, which has seats massage and sunbeds aerotherapy divers, is covered with travertine naturale.Il Casale Maremma surrounded by approximately 6,000 square feet of enclosed garden full of trees and consists of two buildings per square meter covered with appliances. La Massaia is located on the ground floor the main villa has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large living room. The apartment measures 44 square meters.

L'accademia dei Grezzi is a large apartment of 100 square meters, located in the annexe of the main villa has 2 bedrooms sl. Offering a large open living room fields and square view, has a large fireplace and wood stove as well as kitchen and pantry in a separate room from the living.
