Apartments 2 and 3 bedrooms, 5-8 persons, 3 min of cathedral

Three apartments in the center of Seville. Both the first and second floor with the same characteristics.

Two of the bedrooms are exterior. Spacious living room with sofa bed so it can fit up to 8 people, very bright with two windows. Have plasma TV and DVD. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Full kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.

1 bedroom with double bed of 1.50 and the other with two twin 90. All with large closets. We have free cribs at no additional charge (on request). The bed linen and towels are included. Includes a free cleaning per week. The day is at an additional cost.

It's in first and second floor without lift.

The apartment on the third floor is a penthouse with terrace overlooking the cathedral. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. Bathroom and kitchens. Amenities are similar to the other two apartments.

 

They have free wi-fi.

The building where the apartment is in the historic center of Seville which is also where the biggest tourist attractions in the city. The Cathedral with the Giralda just 3 minutes walk and the Alcazar and the popular district of Santa Cruz. For Bulls fans or those who want to discover also has an excellent location just 10 minutes' walk from the Arsenal in the traditional district of Arenal.

The location of the apartment allows forget about the car and enjoying pleasant walks privileged climate of Seville. On arrival we will provide a map with a list of the best places for tapas and restaurants all within a few minutes. If you also want to shop the streets Tetuan and Wurms, where are the main shops, are within a few meters.

Centrico, moderno y excelente atencion

Esta vivienda es perfecta para una escapada en familia o con amigos. Su ubicación es inmejorable a, literalmente, una manzana de la catedral. Esta en una calle tranquila y se puede acceder a todos los lugares de interés turístico andando comodamente.
El piso esta reformado y tiene una decoración moderna y funcional, además es muy luminoso. El sofá cama es amplio y cómodo. Así mismo destacaría su limpieza y la comodidad de que pongan un juego de toallas por persona.
La atencion por parte de la propietaria ha sido excepcional dando facilidades en todo momento. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable al que esperamos poder volver.

The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, just 3 minutes from the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the Santa Cruz. A 5 minute walk also the traditional neighborhood of the bullfighters, Arenal, where the Maestranza, the main bullring in Spain.
