There are scales in the master bedroom en suite for weighing those heavy suitcases before your return home. Pool towels are separate and at least two dozen of those alone. There is ample towels and linen which we change regularly and upgrade.

  • The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with patio door leading out to the pool area, vanity units with draws and Cable TV. Leading out of the master bedroom is the en-suite and huge walk in closet. The master bedroom en-suite has beautiful marble sink area, with a spacious walk in shower and corner roman bath. The bathroom is stocked with clean towels and a hair dryer All our bedrooms are spacious with there own ceiling fans for your comfort, each with there own cable TV with 70+ channels, built in large wardrobes with spare bed linen & blankets. All our beds & pillows have mattress protectors for hygiene. We have a full cot if required and also a travel cot, there is a high chair, baby bath seat and pushchairs.

Notes: Our fully air conditioned villa with additional ceiling fans in all rooms for your comfort has two large family area’s with Brighthouse cable TV, the 2nd lounge area or “den” has an additional Playstation 2 with a selection of games also a great library of DVDs for your entertainment. The private enclosed oversized heated pool with extended deck is what awaits you through the lounge patio doors which over looks one of the natural tranquil lakes within the Lake Berkley resort. There is also a full size games room with pool table, air hockey table and basket ball game, plus additional tennis rackets for the resort courts. There is a dining area with breakfast bar, a luxury fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of utensils, pots pans dishes etc and laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer & close horses. All linen and towels are provided with plenty of spare linen, extra pillows and blankets

Top Villa close to Disney

Like many parents, we decided to bring our children to Disney in February as their Xmas and Birthday gifts. It was not just about Disney as our parents joined us to see us and their grand-children so it was really important to stay in a spacious and well located accommodation (with a private heated pool).

We contacted many owners and agents and the owner was the most responsive and helpful. When we arrived, all was perfect and clean and as per the photos. The owner also provided the all the useful and practical information. If we had question, the owner or their agent was also really helpful.

Disney was at about 15 minutes drive. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and we were really please to see that each bedroom had its own tele. The game room was really fun as everyone could convene to do pool and ping pong tournament.

After our stay, the owner also refunded the deposit (bond) in full really quickly. All in all, this house and the service is really value for money and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great family time in Orlando and Disney.

Wonderfull stay

We had two relaxing weeks at Lake Berkley. The villa was just as we expected. From the guards at gate in the community to the neighbours, everyone was very helpfull and made sure we felt welcome.
We would really like to come back.

My stay at 1034 Lake Berkley

I have been to Florida a few times and have always stayed in hotels either in Disney or on international drive, this time there were a few more people coming so I decided to look into hiring a villa for our stay.

I came across Richard's villa while searching and decided to contact him about a booking, he contacted me back swiftly with a price and availability and we booked it up.

I was surprised that it actually worked out cheaper per person then it would of done staying in a hotel as there was 7 of us which was an added bonus.

When we arrived at the complex we were impressed by how clean and immaculate everything was, when we got to 1034 we were not disappointed in our home for the next 2 weeks.

The villa was nice and clean and had everything there to make our stay a pleasant one.

We enjoyed being able to relax in the pool early before heading out to the parks which were only a short drive away.

I will be using this villa again next time I come to Florida and would like to thank Richard as he was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Just returned from 2 lovely weeks in this villa. Had a brilliant time. The villa is ideally located for all attraction and amenities. Picturesque setting around the lake. We found the two sitting rooms helpful as the kids were able to sit and play the games in there whilst the adults could stay in the main area. The kids loved the games room and of course the pool! The management team in Florida were brilliant and very friendly and accommodating as was Richard, the owner of the villa.

The only downside was that we had to come home! :(
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
