THE GETAWAY - GOLF, SKIING, FISHING, RELAXING!

My family and I spent a weekend in this Lake House and we totallly enjoyed it. It was so peaceful there and we enjoyed the convenience of the lake with the dock being right at our backdoor. We all really needed a relaxing, peaceful weekend and that is exactly what we got. We enjoyed fishing, tubeing, and swimming. My 4 year old granddaughter also loved the little beach area where we made sand castles. The house was very clean, and we totally enjoyed sitting on the back porch. We definitely will be calling again to schedule another get away. We made some great memories and pictures while staying here. If you need a quite ,clean getaway house then this is the place.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and laid back place for a week or two or even for a weekend. If you have a boat to it makes it even better. My brother, 2 friends and myself went for a fishing-getaway weekend and none of wanted to leave! The house is very nice and comfortable with all the amenities anyone would need. When we weren't on the boat or sleeping, we spent the remainder of the time on the screened in porch - just because it's so quiet and nice to be outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. It was so nice having a deck right out your back yard to leave your boat and hop on when you're ready to go again. The house has ceiling fans in all the rooms and beds slept great. Satellite TV which the guys liked. We are definitely renting this little spot of paradise on another trip to Santee. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The place was just as the listing stated and the owner was very accomodating and helpful. The whole place was clean and neatly decorated. Several places to eat, however we cooked out on the grill mostly. Again, I would highly recommend this beautiful place.

We returned again this year for the fourth year. We love taking our family vacation there. Very relaxing, peaceful, and great golfing and fishing.The house is very cozy, clean and has everything you need. We will be back again. It's great for a weekend getaway or for a weeklong family vacation.
