Two bedroom house with a secluded terrace

No 23 Bol sleeps 4 people in two on suite air conditioned bedrooms. All rooms have far reaching sea views, either across Bol to the mainland or directly out to Hvar. On the ground floor is an open plan living area and kitchen with an additional WC/shower room. This opens out onto a secluded vine covered terrace with BBQ. The house was fully renovated in 2006 and has been our private holiday home since then. There is an external staircase linking the ground and first floor. No 23 Bol is in the quiet old part of town, on the hill behind the harbour, its a short stroll into town or to the local supermarket. For more details please go to www.no23bol.com

No 23 Bol is a two bedroomed house in Bol, on the island of Brac, Croatia. Fully renovated in 2006, the house is tucked away in Bol's quiet old town district to the west of the harbour on a slight hill, giving it great views over the village. Its the perfect place from which to enjoy your holidays\, sleeping 4 people in two on suite, air conditioned bedrooms, with a large living area, fully equipped kitchen and vine covered terrace. Its a short stroll to town or to the famous Zlatni Rat or Golden horn beach. Bol is the best spot in Croatia for kite and windsurfing, with several places to rent equipment or book lessons not far from the house. The town itself is small and serviced by the fast catamaran from Split. You will find the largest selection of restaurants and bars on Brac all within walking distance of No 23 Bol.

Notes

  • Change over day is normally on a Saturday. Prices are in Euro and include linen and towels, beach towels are not provided. Once a booking is confirmed you are required to pay a 30 deposit to our local agent, Croatia Coast Properties to secure the booking. The balance of the rental is payable 5 weeks before the start of the rental period. Martin & Angie from Croatia Coast Properties will be on hand to meet you on arrival and help with any issues that may arise during your stay. When collecting the keys you will need to pay the local tourist and registration tax (1eur per day for Adults over 18, 0.5 euro for 12-18 year olds)
