Modern new apartment in 5 star family friendly complex

This new modern apartment is air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. It comprises a lounge/dining area, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, patio and garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electrical oven, gas hob, fridge and a range of utensils. The bedroom contains twin beds, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. In the lounge, there is a double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and a TV/DVD player.

Pizzo Beach Club is a 15 min drive from Lamezia airport and 10 min from Pizzo town. It is only a 5 min walk through the pine forest to the beautiful sandy beach. The resort has 2 large swimming pools, football pitch, 2 tennis courts, a children's play area and a fully equipped gym - these facilities are free of charge for residents. There is also a restaurant which provides top class Italian cuisine.

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully equipped. There are twin beds and a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has a hob, extractor fan, oven fridge/freezer, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Also provided is an iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels and extra blankets.

In the lounge there is a TV/DVD player.

Further details outdoors:: Both large swimming pools are close to the apartment. Each of the pools has sun loungers. The bar/restaurant provides breakfast, snacks and top quality evening meals. The private beach has sun loungers and a lifeguard is usually present. Use of tennis courts, football pitch and play areas are free of charge. The complex is extremely secure and guests are issued with a swipe card to use when entering or leaving the site. The complex is beautifully landscaped with plants and trees and is immaculately clean.

Pizzo has a fantastic range of facilities and activities with inexpensive restaurants, shops and bars for you to sample. The town's speciality is an ice cream called 'tartufo'. Relax at the outdoor tables at the Piazza della Republica and watch the world go by. Pizzo also has a small scenic harbour and sandy beach.
