Villa Chloe is one out of four modern and spacious detached holiday homes on the slope of a hill above the village of Gerani, enjoying most beautiful views of the bay, the sea and the mountains. It provides very comfortable furnishing and facilities. A private garden with swimming pool and sun terrace belongs to the villa. There are 4 bedrooms, three of them furnished with double beds and one with 2 single beds, and 3 bathrooms. The very complete equipment also includes separate air conditioning units in all rooms, satellite color TV set, open fireplace, electric hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, as well as ADSL WiFi Internet access.

Furnishing: The living room on the ground floor has an open fireplace and a satellite color TV set which also allows to listen international radio programs. The dining area and the kitchen are connected cornerwise. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, a small shower bathroom, and a storage room. The master bedroom with a separate bathroom is on the top floor. Upstairs there is also a third bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a fourth bedroom with two single beds, baby cot and balcony, and the third bathroom with a bath-tub. All bedrooms and the living-room have separate air conditioning units which can be regulated individually. Washing-machine, iron and board are available, furthermore a safe deposit box and a hairdryer. Solar hot water supply with auxiliary electric heating. The air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in wintertime or during chilly springtime and autumn nights. Cleaning as well as change of sheets & towels twice per week.
