This charming and characteristic villa (180 sq m) enjoys a delightfully rural setting amidst the hinterland of the Tuscan coastline. Formerly an old mill it has been carefully converted to a comfortable country villa, with some of the mills original structure and details having been preserved.

The villa is fully furnished in Tuscan style and there is a delightful swimming pool and sun bathing area.

The property is made up of the villa and two dependances with additional accommodation and lies in calm seclusion in spacious grounds surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland with woods and pine trees.

The charactersitic Tuscan landscape provides a peaceful and secluded and truly idyllic setting for a relaxing vacation here, but also an ideal base from which to visit many of the cultural and historical highlights of the region !
