Located on Bermuda's famed South Shore, within walking distance of beautiful Church Bay Beach, the award winning Reefs Hotel & Club and on a major bus route linking all points on the island, this location is ideal for your next vacation. Whether sunning by the pool, swimming in the warm waters of Church Bay, relaxing at La Serena Spa at The Reefs Hotel and Club, climbing the Gibb's Hill Lighthouse and then rewarding yourself with something to eat or drink there (or at one of the other many restaurants in the area), you will have plenty to see and do in the neighbourhood.
Just a little further down the road (heading east) you will find The Fairmont Southampton Hotel and all it has to offer, including golf, tennis, scuba diving and, of course, their world class Willow Stream spa! Beyond that is Horseshoe Bay, Bermuda's most famous beach. From there you can walk the coast to discover many beautiful inlets, including Jobson's Cove, perhaps the most photographed scene in Bermuda.
Heading west you will find the Royal Naval Dockyard at the extreme western end of the island.
Of course, in between you may want to spend some time at Port Royal Golf Course, the home of the recent PGA Grand Slam, less than a mile away...or exploring Fort Scaur, quaint Somerset Village or any number of beaches in between. Have a sunset drink at Pompano Beach...or Cambridge Beaches along the way...and don't forget to catch the world's smallest drawbridge en route. You won't be disappointed!
Of course there's lots to do in the other direction too. St. George's, the former capital and World Heritage Site, lies at the eastern end of the island while, Hamilton, the current capital city and home to international business, lies in between. On your way to St. George, be sure to visit the Bermuda Aquarium, Crystal Caves and the beautiful Botanical gardens...where you will also find Masterworks, Bermuda's art museum extraordinaire!
