    A cleaning fee of $125 will be added to charges for any stays less than 7 nights duration

Some have twin His n Her sinks, large tub bath, Large mirrors with vanity lighting. All have tile flooring. The first master bathroom has a large tub bath, large walk in shower, WC, twin sinks with vanity lighting drawer and cupboard space. The second master bathroom has large walk in shower, WC and sink, drawer and cupboard space. Bathrooms 3 and 4 (one of these is on the ground floor) have baths with shower, sinks, WC., drawer and cupboard space. All bathrooms are bright and airy and spotlessly clean !!!

  • Six full bedrooms consisting of 3 bedrooms with king size beds all of which have recently had the mattresses upgraded to pillow top mattresses for added luxury. Two of these King size bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms in the home have beautiful upgraded furniture with ample drawer and closet space. All bedrooms have a tv and dvd player. The kids room has a Mickey mouse tv and dvd/video player as well as a Game cube games console. . Bedroom 4 has a lovely queen size bed and beautiful furnishings. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds. . Bedroom 6 has 2 sets of bunk beds and has a Disney theme. Some of the bedrooms have walk in closets the remainder have built in closets with hanging space. Bedrooms have radio alarm clocks, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers etc. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

Notes: The private swimming pool has a spa attached to relax after a hectic day at the attractions.. The pool area also has a large lanai area (covered area) for shade from the mid day sun. The entire deck area is tastefully finished with brick pave block work which is very attractive . There are ample chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and chilling out in the evenings. The deck area has lighting to enhance you evening enjoyment of this area. The entire pool and deck area is enclosed with a screen which will allow sun to pass but helps keep those bugs out !!. Pool heating is optional and available by request at an additional charge (5 day minimum). There are phones in the villa that can be used to call anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, UK, Ireland, France, Italy and Spain free of charge and unlimited !!! There is also a broadband wireless connection for those who like to stay in touch. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay.

WINDSOR HILLS RESORT: Windsor Hills Resort is fast becoming the most popular place to stay in the Disney area. Not surprising really considering the superb facilities and so close to Disney !! The resort boasts a beautiful clubhouse with state of the art gym, Private cinema, Sundry shop, Superb community pool and spa, video games room, table tennis, pool tables, Playground. There are also tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, walking trails, bar b q areas, a lake. The list goes on, you can't fail to be impressed !!

The villa has it's very own games room with a pool table , air hockey, darts. a great place to spend some time assuming you have any energy left !! Also a great place to leave the kids while you top up the tan on the pool deck This is not your average run of the mill Florida rental villa. This is a luxury home that the owners have spared no expense to make the home beautiful and comfortable for the enjoyment of their guests. There is simply no comparison with the cheaper villas advertised. If you want the best, look no further, THIS IS IT !!!

Into Golf? You won't be disappointed ! The whole area has an abundance of all types of courses. From fun mini and crazy golf for the kids and families to superb world class facilities designed by the worlds' top professionals. There are courses for the more budget conscious as well as the experts among you who want to play only the best courses and all are within a few minutes drive from this wonderful villa. It is without a doubt a golfer's paradise !!

We really enjoyed the villa at Windsor hills. Everything was perfect and as described. The villa was clean, well maintained and the new pillow-top mattresses were great.

The pool was perfect and safe for the kids. The baby furniture and pool toys came in very handy.
The house had a great supply of dishes and extra towels.

We also enjoyed the proximity to Dysney and many golf courses. The Resort had a wonderful pool and play grounds for the kids.

The service agent was easy to reach and very helpful.

We will definitely recommend this property to our friends !

Great place to stay for a Florida vacation. The family and I stayed here for the Disney marathon. Great home, great location, convenient to everything. top notch!

Great place to stay if visiting Disney

Great villa, just as described. It is in an ideal location very near to the Disney Parks so avoiding any traffic jams. Villa is well maintained, in perfect condition, and with the added benefit of the communal club house and pool.
We would definetly recommend it to others. We enjoyed all the parks but in particular, MGM studios, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and the two Disney Water Parks.
In terms of eating out we found the character dining at Epcot disapointing but had a fantastic meal at The California Grill in the Contemporary Resort. It's also a fantastic place to watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.

I was so impressed with your lovely home. The kids thought we had won the lottery! We have been coming to Florida for 5 years and stayed at different homes each time.
