Situated on a prime lakeside location within the exclusive gated community of Beachwalk Isles our newly built luxury villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, kitchen, utility, breakfast area, family, sitting room and dining area. The 28' foot screened pool is electrically heated and enjoys all day sunshine. There are tables, chairs and sun-loungers on the large deck area. The kitchen and utility room are equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The family room hosts a large TV, VCR, DVD player and X-Box games console. The large garage contains a table tennis and pool tables and an assortment of beach equipment.

Accomodation: Our home is located in South Fort Myers, approximately a 10 minute drive from Fort Myers Beach and the renowned islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Within the immediate locality (2 minutes) are a large supermarket (Public), chemist, doctor, dentist, post office, Blockbuster and numerous restaurants. Also within easy reach are outlet stores, shopping malls, multi-screen cinema. Travelling to our home is easy, the nearest airport being Fort Myers/SW Florida International Airport (20 mins), alternatively it is freeway virtually all the way to Miami (2.5 hours, Tampa (2 hours) or Orlando (3 hours). Exact directions are available on request.

Activities: At Fort Myers beach area you will find numerous restaurants, bars (many with 'live' music) and watersports- including jet-kis, parasailing, water-skiing and boat trips. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are renowned for having some of the best shelling beaches in the world and nature reserves which can be explored by car, bike or kayak. The Evergaldes National Park, with its famous airboat rides and abundance of Florida wildlife is just over an hour from our home. Family days out include water theme parks (Cape Coral & Estero Island), animal sanctuaries.

Golf: Known as the 'Golf Course Capital of the World' the Greater Naples- Fort Myers area boasts more golf courses per capita than any area in the USA. There are more than 50 courses located within in 30 minute drive of our home.

Our first impressions of this villa was that it looked small from the front, OH what a surprise the rooms went on forever. The living area is large and comfortable for relaxing, the kitchen is spacious and has ample equipement with open plan dinning and day room. The bedrooms were comfortable with more than enough room and in good order. We loved the swimming pool and patio area, the pool was a good size which we made good use of. This villa is in a good quite location, close to Ft Myers beach, also not far from Sanibel and Captivia, and within walking distance to all amenities. Tangier (clothes shopping) outlet and Adventures in Paradise (boat trips and kayak hire) is close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be planning to come back again.

Great location.

My husband and I stayed here 14 - 28 May 2011. Well located villa and very spacious overlooking the lake with many wildlife birds - oh, and not forgetting the turtle. Fort Myers beach was just a short ride away. 2 Supermarkets were also very close by and Perkins for breakfast was very good. We spent 3 days in the Keys. It was approx 5-6 hours to get to Key West. Well worth it though. Miromar great for designer shopping or Edison Mall for Dillards, Macy's and Sears etc. Both only 20mins away.
The villa is ideal for young and old alike. Universal Vacations who managed the property were very professional and helpful with any info you may require.

vacation home in Beachwalk Isles

Just returned home after staying at Jim & Louise's lovely home in Beachwalk Isles, which I would highly recommend. We found the home very well equipped, clean and the location couldn't be better as it within walking distance of a fairly new Target Superstore, and a short drive to the beach. The photos are truly representative of the home and pool, no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. Everything in the home was in good working order, and the grounds are well maintained. The pool area is wonderful, larger than most with sun all day, but with an overhang for anyone preferring shade. This is the 4th time we have rented a vacation home in the area, and my family all agrees it is the best, we are hoping to be able to rent it again next year.

Great Choice

This is a lovely home. It is spacious, well appointed and clean. The pool was delightfully warm and serviced every week. The Allpass are most accomodating. The area is just a few blocks from all services and the beaches are a short drive away. We have rented properties in Beachwalk Isles off and on for about 8 years because of the location. This is home is one of the best.
Traffic is getting to be a problem if one wants to turn left on San Carlos.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
