Modern Villa with pool in a peaceful location (sleeps 8)

Patroklou Villa is a modern detached villa on a new development of 3 properties that has a shared pool. The villa can sleep 8 people in the 4 generously sized bedrooms, and has a dual aspect living/ dining area, it is bright and spacious with the living area overlooking the pool. The separate kitchen is well equiped with everything you should need. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has air conditioning throughout. There is plenty of space to sunbathe either around the pool, or on the private terraced area at the rear of the property shaded by a wooden gazebo. It is a short walk to the nearby cafes and shops (including a new Lidl and Marks and Spencer). Paralimni town square with its churches, traditional and modern restaurants and shops is a 5 minute drive away, Protaras and Ayia Napa are only 10 minutes away by car. The location is ideal: a quiet residential area with busy resorts and fantastic beaches only a short drive away.

Nearest Airport : Larnaca at 35 Miles
Nearest Beach : beach at 4 Miles
Car: recommended

1.5km to Paralimni town centre. The nearest supermarket, bakery and shops are a 5 minute walk. Paralimni town is ideally situated near the motorway giving access to other parts of the island. The entry point to Northern Cyprus is only about 15 minutes away. Protaras with its hotels, restaurants, shops and watersports (and the amazing Fig Tree Bay) is 8 minutes by car. Ayia Napa with its busy nightlife is also 10 minutes away.

Although a car is recommended, it is possible to get a bus from Paralimni to Protaras and Ayia Napa (it even takes you to the Water Park in Ayia Napa). A one day ticket with unlimited journeys costs 2 euros.
