The place was extremely clean and the facilites were all that were said in the advertisement. Being our first time to NY this location was easy to find, close to subway lines and safe to walk to and from at all times of the day and night. The free local phone included came in handy more than one time. The owner and property manager were available when we had questions and we were so impressed that we even extended our stay an extra night. The four of us, including 2 kids, had plenty of space and it was nice to have the separate bedroom for the adults and a comfortable lay down couch that was spacious for our kids.

When we are back in NYC which we will be soon, we will definately stay here again. THANK YOU George

Das Appartment ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen technischen Geräten, wie 2 Fernseher, Herd, Mikrowelle, großer Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Handy zum Gratistelefonieren, außerdem freier Internetzugang, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen- und brett, Föhn, Kaffee, Tee, Popcorn, Zucker, Creamer und Gewürze.
Es liegt in Harlem nur zwei Blocks von der 125. Straße. Subway und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso wie Restaurants, Delis und Supermarkt. Selbst den Central Park kann man mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch leicht erreichen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Schönes Appartment in Harlem - nur wenige Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. Gut ausgestattet, sauber. Internet und Telefon frei. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter.
Nice appartment in Harlem - only few minutes to subway. Good customer service, clean and well-maintained. Free phone and internet. Very helpful and friendly owners.

Great Apartment! Great value!

We stayed in a group of four at the 1 bed apartment and we had a very pleasant stay! Our biggest concern was the size of the apartment, but that wasn't a problem since the rooms are large and the layout is very easy to walk around.

The location is very close to the subway (although I wouldn't recommend taking going back home in late hours). The apartment is great, very cozy, large and had everything we needed (towels, linen, washing machine, refrigerator, coffe machine, big TV, heater and all).

The bed and sofabed are very confy and there are a lot of groceries and delis around.

We had a cel phone we could use to make international calls, it was VERY useful.

I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment and would come back anytime when I have the opportunity.

Two thumbs up!
