Villa Mina built near the sea with private pool offers you the quietest and pleasant holidays in Rhodes Island. Air-conditioned, sleeps up to 5, fully furnished with the highest quality of furnishing

There is a spacious air-conditioned, living room, with a separated lounge area. The dinning and TV room, with a 32inc LED satellite TV gives you the possibility of a pleasant stay around the fireplace, while outdoor the veranda equipped with lounge furniture overlooking the pool and the garden. The elegant and modern furniture will provide ultimate comfortness.

There are two comfortable, fully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, we call them heaven and ocean.

Aegean bedroom is located on the right side of the corridor, there is a king size double bed and the room is decorated in white and blue colors which will offer a luxury and relaxing experience.

Chocolate bedroom is located on the left side of the corridor, there are two single beds and the room is decorated in white and brown colors which will offer a luxury and relaxing experience.

Our bathroom is a full suite with bath/shower, wc, wash basin and hair dryer and mirror. The bathroom floor is comfortable with a sink, a shiny porcelain toilet and a boudoir with wall mirror and decorated with modern blue and white colors providing an elegant, contemporary aesthetic during your stay.

Minas villa contains a spacious open-plan kitchen with natural light pouring in from the windows. Doors will lead you to the front of the pool terrace for the ultimate alfresco dining experience. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven hob and extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed for you to prepare and enjoy meals.

  • PAYMENT – A deposit of 25% is required. This must be received within the agreed period, time of booking the holiday property. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments via bank transfer payable to the account details we will provide. The advance payment is not a security deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 14 days before your arrival date.

    CANCELLATIONS - A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 59 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.
