Well furnished and equipped with sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room with electric hob and oven and stove, bathroom with bath, separate shower and W.C. and stairs to bedroom (1) with a double and en-suite shower and W.C. and separate stairs to tower (completely out of earshot of bedroom (1)) with bedroom (2) with two single beds. Oil fired central heating. Duvets. Television and DVD. Washing machine/dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. One pet only.
Nearest Beach : at Lough Nafooey at 9 Miles

Former school and schoolhouse (over 150 yrs old), completely renovated, quiet and secluded in wooded setting on small peninsula on the northern end of Lough Corrib. Short walk to pier and foreshore. Very scenic area between Leenane (13 miles) and Cornamona (3½ miles) for shop, pub and post office. Sandy beach at Lough Nafooey (9 miles). Maam 4½ miles for petrol. Rowing boat available by arrangement with the owner (engine extra). Ideal base for touring or walking.
