Comfortably furnished and well equipped with kitchen/dining room with open fire, sitting room with television and open fire, bathroom with W.C., separate W.C. and six bedrooms, one (grd floor) with a 4’ double, one (grd floor) with a set of bunks and stairs to further four bedrooms (each with an en suite shower and W.C.) two with a 4’ double, one with a 4’ double and a single and one with a single. Duvets. Television in each bedroom. Washing machine/dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Oil fired central heating. One pet only.

Spacious detached house in exceptional location beside uncrowded sandy beach at the end of the road with magnificent outlook to the west and north to Clare, Inishbofin and Inishturk Islands and beside the beautifully rugged coastline with its sandy beaches. About 2 miles from the little fishing village of Cleggan for fresh fish, crabs, and lobsters, sea food restaurants and ferry to Inishbofin.

Bicycles for hire and horse riding locally.
