Detached cottage, completely renovated and refurbished (near cottage 202), right beside the River Tar, enjoying outlook to the Knockmealdowns Mountains (2609 ft). Situated on a beautiful estate with disused mill and castle remains. Clogheen (2 miles) for shops, pubs and restaurant. Castlegrace (Norman castle circa 1200), Cahir Castle, Rock of Cashel and Lismore. Hill walking, golf, horse riding, beach 40 min. Trout/salmon fishing on Tar, Suir and Blackwater rivers.
