Duvets. Electric storage heaters. Colour television plus Sky channels. CD. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Bed settee (small double). No pets.

Detached bungalow in unique and spectacular position overlooking Derrynane Bay. Quiet and secluded, situated towards the end of Lamb's Head beside the sea and near a pier (¼ mile). Sandy beaches (1 mile) and Caherdaniel (2 miles) for shop, pub and restaurants. Launderette nearby. Championship golf course at Waterville (9 miles). Horse riding at Caherdaniel and Cahirciveen. Excellent deep sea, lake and river fishing plus island boat trips. There are 22 steps from the car park to the cottage. Garden furniture.
