Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/sitting room with gas hob and electric oven and French windows, and two bedrooms, one with a double and en suite bath with W.C, and one with two single beds and en suite shower and W.C. Oil fired central heating (underfloor). Duvets. TV. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Microwave. No children under 12. No pets.

Detached stone fronted cottage, in traditional style, with unsurpassed panoramic views over the entire Kenmare estuary and onwards to Caha Mountains on the opposite Peninsula. It is quietly situated, adjoining and overlooking 18 hole golf course and about 2 miles from Coss Strand (safe sandy/pebble beach). Kenmare (6 miles) and Sneem (12 miles) for excellent restaurants, deep sea fishing trips, tennis and horse riding. Pub 1½ miles. Very scenic area for walking, climbing or touring. Outside seating area with garden furniture.
