Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/dining/sitting room with electric hob and double oven and woodburning stove, lounge with open fire, bathroom with W.C. and three bedrooms, one with a double and en-suite shower and W.C., one with a double and one with two single beds. Utility room with washing machine/dryer. Gas CH. Duvets. Dishwasher. TV. DVD. CD. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. High chair. No smoking. Two pets welcome.

Detached cottage, recently completed in traditional style, situated in a quiet wooded setting with large garden and enjoying commanding southerly views across the Kenmare River to the Caha Mountains beyond. The cottage is about a mile from the attractive market town of Kenmare, which offers shops, excellent restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses, cruise and deep sea fishing trips, tennis and horse riding. Well placed for touring some of Ireland’s most magnificent scenery on the Ring of Kerry or Beara Peninsula. On the ‘Kerry Way’ walk. Garden furniture.

Excellent accommodation, ideally located to visit Kerry ring, Beara peninsula and Killarney national parc.
Very comfortable cottage with all the equipments needed supplied. Perfect for a family with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The property was very clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable beds !
The cottage is located on the hill above Kenmare with a nice view, and a very quick access to the city centre (many pubs, restaurants, shops...) and to the different main roads.
I will certainly recommend this property, and the owner !
