Crescent Lakes is a quiet development consisting of a mixture of residential and rental properties. There are a number of sub-divisions or estates each containing around 80-100 properties. Crescent Lakes is 2 miles south of Highway 17/92 on Poincianna Boulevard close to Highway 192. It is less than 10 minutes from the 192 and the main street of Kissimmee with all the shops and restaurants. This convenient location is only 15-20 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World and the famous International Drive. There is also a Brand New Walmart opened in Poinciana (5 minute drive), so no more long drives up the 192 so the nations biggest retailer (directions below). Crescent Lakes has the best of both worlds in Orlando - close to all the major theme parks, yet has the privacy you desire for a relaxing holiday. The majority of houses on Crescent Lakes are built on larger than average plots, many with conservation views.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted are in US Dollars, but we are happy to send a quote in GBP or Euros.
    Pool Heat - $175 per week (Recommended October - March).
    When you have decided to stay in our villa we will require a Reservation Deposit of $150 per week.
    A Damage/Security Deposit of $300 is payable with your balance 10 weeks prior to your vacation and is fully refundable after your stay subject to our Management Companies satisfactory inspection of the Villa.
    A clean fee will apply to stays less than 7 nights.
