Dubrovnik Old Town Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Quiet and central
Apartment Tina is situated on a lovely and quiet location in the Old City, at the top of St.Marie street. There are some steps to get to it, but well worth it. You are away from the noise of the bars and smell of the restaurants kitchen, but in 1-2 minutes you can be wherever you wish, on the beach, have a drink in the bar or a lovely meal in the restaurant.
The famous Buza beach bar is just some 100 meters away and it is a lovely spot for any time of the day or any age group. During the day you can swim, sunbathe, or just have a refreshing drink, in the late afternoon that is the No1 position in town for a Sunset and in the evening it turns into a bar where all the young people and those who feel that way go and have fun without disturbing anyone.

We are a young happy family. Matija is a Dr.Vet.med. and Silva is a child from a long family tradition in tourism. Our three kids, Tina 11 and Gjivo 4.5 years and Maro 16 months are our biggest joy. Tina does ballet and plays piano and Gjivo loves airplanes, dinosaurs and sticks like any boy. Silva`s family has been in Dubrovnik since 1450 so we are true natives.
We live in the Old City too and love it, but also love to travel a lot, so we work in Summer and travel most of the Winter. Love to travel by car so that we can stop everywhere and stay as long as we like. All of us are big movie fans. Silva used to own a chain of video clubs and when she closed it down, she brought most of it home.
When it comes to food we are a real gourmands so can recommend you all good places to eat in Dubrovnik. We look forward to meeting new people and new places.
I grew up inside the City walls and love every stone and every corner in it and 10 years ago decide that I wanted to buy something so I started the search. This part of the Old City is the oldest and this is where it all started from way back in the 2nd century, so I thought that it would be very appropriate if my business started here also. There is talk that the wall in the corridor is the original from the first walls surrounding the first settlement on that location. Also when I entered it i just loved it, the location, the breeze...
