Behind this charming red-brick facade lies a modern, contemporary home. The ground floor contains a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space, with flat screen TV, DVD, stereo with Ipod dock, washing machine, dryer and fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bright and charming double bedrooms each with own tv and fitted wardrobes and luxurious bathroom with bath and shower.

This 1920 guiness home was completley renovated in 2009 to produce this fantastic home in Dublin's charming Liberties. Walking distance to all of the great sights and night life Dublin has to offer. Wireless Internet installed in June 2012.

Handy and attractive Dublin apartment/townhouse.

This property suited our needs perfectly (a couple with two sons and a girlfriend in their low 20s). Great location half-way between Christ's Church and St. Patrick's cathedrals, a nice 5-7 minutes walk east to the Temple Bar area (and great street to the north, S. Great George's St and Exchequer streets), and then another 5 minutes or so to Trinity College/Grafton Street area. Is quiet and clean and has all the "home-away" necessities.

Nothing short of wonderful

I and my two daughters had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment for eight nights. To say we felt at home falls short of the mark. We didn't want to leave on our last day!

Very quiet neighborhood and very friendly people. We recommend the Liberty Belle on the corner for a quiet pint and a warm welcome. This apartment is very well maintained and Carol was so accommodating when we arrived, I can't thank her enough.

The apartment is well located to the entire city. We seldom used any other form of transportation than our feet!

The owner, Trisha, is very responsive and a wonderful host who provided us the opportunity to have a holiday we will never forget. Staying here again would be a joy.

If your looking for a wonderful place to stay in an area where you feel like you've stepped back in time and yet well located to all your needs this is it. Five + stars from us.

Modern Flat With Easy Walk to City Center

This is a clean, comfortable, modern flat on a very quiet street only a few short blocks away from St. Patrick's Cathedral. We walked to Grafton Street, Temple Bar, and many shops and restaurants within 15 min.

We had a very warm welcome from Carol who let us in the pretty green front door and showed us the ropes. The bedrooms are upstairs and we had no issues with noise, sleeping soundly the four nights we called this great place home.

Very good conveniences with modern kitchen, audio equipment, swift and reliable wifi, etc. Large living room and comfortable furniture made it a good place to hang out at the end of a day.

We had zero problems with anyone in the neighborhood. Yes, there is a youth center a block away, but it's on the main road and we did not encounter any one who made us feel unsafe.

If you want a clean, cozy, quiet, conveniently located flat in Dublin, this is an excellent choice!

Luxurious city centre cottage

We stayed for a ladies' break as a group of three old college friends and this place was absolutely perfect!

Ann greeted us on arrival with lots of tips of great museums and cafes to settle in, then Sean stopped by to say hello - both were really friendly, helpful and welcoming

The cottage is an old Victorian house that has been completely refurbished inside to a very high standard with 2 good double bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom and double sofa bed in the lounge with downstairs loo as well. It is very central being only 2 mins from St Patricks and Christchurch Cathedrals, but is on a very quiet side street giving the best of both worlds

We spent hours at that kitchen refectory table drinking tea and chilling out with the radio or giant plasma TV on. Bliss. Thank you so much to Ann and Sean for making us so welcome

The house is based in a central city centre location, the area is called 'the Liberties' which is one of the oldest areas in Dublin. It is a 2 minute walk from Christchurch Cathedral and St Patricks Cathedral and 10 minutes from Guinness Storehouse, Grafton Street (central shopping district), Temple Bar (nightlife) and Jameson Distillery. We only accept a minimum of 3 night booking.
