14 people, swimming pool and garden, beautiful view of Mount Etna and the sea

The villa is tastefully decorated with furniture of high quality. There are two floors covering a total of over 200 m². The ground floor consists of a lounge, a kitchen with dining table and sitting area, a bedroom with double bed and two single beds and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath, toilet and bidet. There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there are four bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom (toilet, bidet and shower) and double beds. Two of the four bedrooms have 2 extra single beds for a total of 14 beds. The garden and the terraces are decorated with beautiful furniture and all enjoy beautiful views on the sea and Mount Etna.

One half the property is used as holiday accommodation while the owners live in the other half. The pool (12 x 6 m and 2.20 cm deep) is open from April 1st until the end of October and is for the exclusive use of guests.

The presence of central heating makes the property ideal for a winterstay.

Santa Venerina is an excellent base from which to explore eastern Sicily. The village lies halfway between Catania and Taormina and just 8 km from Acireale (a pretty little city, built on a plateau of lava, that is known for its Baroque churches). Gardini Naxos, a seaside resort with a sandy beaches, is just 25 km from Santa Venerina (15 minutes with the highway). Next to Giardini Naxos we find Taormina 'the pearl of the Mediterranean' and the most exclusive seaside resort in Sicily. Its ancient Greek theatre is world famous for its extraordinary panoramic views. Pozzillo, Santa Maria la Scala are Aci Trezza are pleasant seaside villages near Santa Venerina. The nearest can be found in Praiola (7 km), a wild pebbled beach next to an impressive cliff.
