Beautiful 6 bed villa, air-con, near Disney, heated pool, free Internet

Our beautiful villa is located in a very quiet area. It is only a 10 minute drive from Disney and only minutes away from all the restaurants, bars and shops on the US 192. Our villa is luxuriously equipped for maximum comfort and convenience. Our impressive entrance with cathedral ceilings opens up to the first of 2 spacious living areas, with sofas and a dining area and Free internet access. Our main lounge area offers 2 large comfy sofas and cable TV. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, cookware and utensils and offers a second eating area. Downstairs offers a master bedroom with en suite and 2 walk in closets. There is also a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms in total down stairs. We also have a laundry room downstairs. Upstairs we have another master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. We also have 2 further bathrooms located upstairs. 5 bedrooms offer cable TV.

The large private pool (heated) has lots of sunbathing and dining space.

Our Beautiful villa is located in the sought after area of Liberty Village just south of US 192 on Poinciana Boulevard. All within easy reach of all the Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Aquatica and Universal, etc. Only 5 minutes from 192 with all its restaurants, Bars, shops and local attractions and a 24 hr Walmart Super Center. There are several PGA championship courses in the area for any golf lovers and for all those who like some retail therapy , the Premium Outlet Mall and Buena Vista Shopping Mall are just minutes away. The Florida Mall, Festival Bay and the Mall at Millenia are well worth a visit to. Further a field are Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre which are about an hours drive away. So whether your looking for a relaxing day by the pool or returning home from a hectic day in one of Orlando's famous theme parks our conveniently located villa has everything to make your vacation as fun and as stress free as possible.

From 1 April - 30 September pool heat will be charged at £10 a night (discounts given for 21 nights or more).

For stays less than 7 nights then there is an £80 cleaning fee to be added.

Bookings of less 7 days there is a £80 cleaning fee.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
