Situated in the historic centre of charming Altea and close to the Church. Set in a quiet and conserved complex community right by art galleries and traditional Spanish restaurants. The area has a magical atmosphere with its white streets and blue sea. There are typical Spanish houses, colourful shops and long paseos near the beach.

The Apartment has a stunning view of Altea and the sea. Perfect for long stays in winter, mild temperatures all over the year

We were very happy with both the apartment and with the way we were treated by you and your father during and after pour stay. The apartment was clean and functional as we arrived and everything functioned without any difficulties. The terrace is wonderful, and you may mention to prospective renters that the terrace receives a nice cooling sea breeze every afternoon. This is not so important in March, but I am sure it will be appreciated in the warmer months. The availability of garage space was very handy, although parking in the area is not so difficult compared to many other white villages.
