Three bedrooms, lounge, dining area, separate family room, WiFi & Netflix

A delightful three bed roomed bungalow in a quiet location overlooking a lake yet close to and with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea world and numerous golf courses. It is south facing and benefits from open access to the large lake at the rear. It is not overlooked by neighbouring properties.

The property has a lounge with cable TV and blu ray with Netflix, a separate family room with cable TV with DVD and over 200 channels and free WiFi Internet access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and an en suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms, which also have cable TV, are adjacent to the family bathroom which also has a shower over the bath.

The solar-heated pool has a screened enclosure. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage as well as a large family BBQ.

All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided.

The property is 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and under an hour from Sanford Airport. A 'meet and greet' service is available as well as welcome food packs.

super clean villa we found everything exelent and cosy nice private rooms good kitchen seperate tvs two living rooms and nice pool !weve got all the information we needed concerning theme parks everything in a half our drive ! i can recomended to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A wonderful stay

The villa looks exactly like it shows on the photos, much to my wife's delight. The villa was well supported in all bedrooms, Kitchen, Living rooms, bathrooms and pool (towels and toys) We never wanted for anything. We were visited by our extended families (grandchildren included) who we could not get out of the pool.The neighbourhood was quiet and looked after with a childrens park nearby and within walking distance, Theme parks were quite close and not too far to drive to. If we go to the Orlando/Kissimmee area again I would not hestitate to rent this property again.
Bottom line .....Our month's stay was wonderful

Perfect Home For Our First Visit To Florida

We had a superb two weeks on our first Family visit to Florida, and the this place was perfect for what we wanted, Clean,Tidy, well maintained, realy well equiped, infact every thing was just as described.
The location was Quiet and peacful, yet 20min away from as much action as you wanted at Kissimee old Town, Int Drive , Disney,Sea World & Universal etc
Loads of local aminities just round the corner and any number of supermarkets no more than 5min away. Dealing with Graham the owner was a pleasure, nothing was to much trouble.
Would definatly return and reccomend to anyone looking for relaxing a home from home.

We have just returned from two weeks in this villa. It is a little gem! The property and facilities is exactly as descibed and found to be exceptionally clean and well maintained. Close to the airport (20 minutes) and only 16 miles from Disney and International drive, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It provides a retreat from what can be a tiring place.
The property is well equipped providing everything you could ever require. There are a good range of supermarkets and restaurants close by.
We will definately return
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus für 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Da alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und Ausstattungen in gutem Zustand waren, konnten wir alles problemlos nutzen. Leider war das Wetter etwas zu kühl, aber die zentrale Lage machte Ausflüge, Essengehen und Golfspielen zu einem einfachen Unterfangen.
Der Vermietvorgang ging reibungslos vonstatten; die Housekeeper wurden jedoch nicht gesehen.
