Desirable 3 bedroom terrace town house in desirable Islington (zone 1)

The property has many of it's original features and consists of two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and a single bedroom (with bunk beds) over three floors. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, whilst the third bedroom (with en-suite) is located towards the back of the property in the basement. The layout of the property is ideal for two couples to have independent space, whilst sharing the lounge and kitchen areas. Modern basement kitchen leading onto enclosed garden. Central heating throughout the property. A wood burner is located in the kitchen dining area therefore making it a relaxed place to cook and catch up with the family and/or friends any time of the year. Large lounge area with: double sofas, an electric piano, television and hi-fi facilities on the middle floor. Free Wi-Fi is included too!

NB: The property has open stairs so children should be supervised at all times and is not suitable for children under the age of five years. The property is also not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Whether you are coming to London for culture, business, shopping, or just a holiday we believe that you will be happy staying within our home at any time of the year . A fabulous house! Perfect for the 6 of us!

The location is excellent. Quiet and peaceful, but within a few tube stops of central London. The house itself is great. We particularly loved the basement floor. Plenty of room for 6. We really enjoyed it and would love to return in the future.

Fabulous location. Peaceful yet only a few tube stops away from London! The house is great: especially the basement floor. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return! Missing it already .
