Benefit from the comfort of a one bedroom flat for the price of a studio!
This apartment is a true gem. Newly renovated and tastefully furnished by Azur Interiors in summer 2011, it is equipped with all modern conveniences in a location near all that Nice has to offer. Tucked away behind the tree-lined Boulevard Francois Grosso this is a prime spot for a holiday apartment. It is a five minute walk to the famous Promenade des Anglais and beach. The shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin is just a few minutes away. The famous Zone Piétonne (Pedestrian Zone) is also a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The Old Town including it’s daily markets and abundant restaurants can be reached within a twenty minute stroll along the boardwalk. Small but perfectly proportioned with excellent use of space, Chez Easton is stylish yet cosy. An ideal choice for singles, couples or small families who are looking for quality, budget conscious accommodations in a central, convenient area of Nice.
Apartment Amenities: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage and benefits from a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and all crockery and utensils you will need. For intimate meals there is a small table and two chairs in the kitchen.
The bedroom consists of a double bed with handy under bed storage on hydraulics. A large wardrobe will house all of your clothing. A ceiling fan is installed for summer comfort and a wall radiator for winter months.
The living room area consists of a high-end convertible sofa, cable TV & DVD player. WiFi is also fitted throughout.
A washing machine and drying racks are conveniently located in the entrance closet.
The flat is tucked away on a quite laneway just behind the main street and as a result is very quiet for a peaceful night's rest.
Arriving & Getting around Nice: Ideally located for arrival by train, car or airport. A taxi ride from the airport is 10 minutes or you can take the airport bus (number 98) for only 4 Euro. Nice central train station is a short 15 minute walk or if you prefer there is a bus stop 1 minute from the apartment.
Due to the flat's central location a car is not necessary for your vacation in Nice.
Every amenity you could imagine is just a short walk from the apartment including a bakery across the street, pharmacy next door and numerous grocery stores within a 5 minute walk.

Cute apartment, 20 min walk to the downtown and another 5-10 mins to the old town. No view and bathroom slightly dirty but overall a well furnished apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
My daughter and my self were both very happy with our stay at Sarah and Mike's apartment in Nice it was very clean and spacious for the 2 of us it was well located to the beach and a short walk to the tourist centre it is close to the train station. There was a drug store next to the building and a bakery across the street .the resturants along the beach that we went too were all very good the tourist centre was very helpful with planning day trips and we were picked up right at the apartment. I would recommend this property to a friend
My boyfriend and I stayed at Chez Easton for 9 months while attending the university and it became our second home within days. It is perfectly located in a tree lined boulevard within walking distance from various grocery stores (Lidl, Intermache, Casino), University of Nice Sophia as well as as the downtown and the Old City. The family friendly public beach and "Promenade des Anglais" is only 5 minutes away. The apartment is clean and well equipped with 5 appliances, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, good quality cooking equipment, dishes, utensils and the list goes on! We will truly miss this gem.
Thank you Sarah and Mike for sharing your apartment with us!
We had a wonderful time. Upon our arrival we were delighted to see how bright, clean and cozy the apartment was. It looked freshly renovated and the decor was tasteful. The kitchen was fully equipped so it was nice to have the option of cooking our own meals some nights - a nice romantic night in! The bathroom was clean and had a great shower and the laundry machine came in handy!
We loved getting up in the mornings, grabbing coffees and French pastries from the nearby bakery, then walking the five minutes down to the promenade des Anglais where the beautiful Mediterranean awaited us!
We also enjoyed the proximity to the train station (15 min walk) where we did some fantastic day trips to Cannes, Monaco, etc...
Thank you once again and we look forward to coming back!!

I stayed at the apartment for ten days and it was more than I could have asked for! When I got there it was impeccably clean! The living room was wonderfully laid out with nice clean couches, and tv and wifi that worked no problem. The large windows were also very nice to let light and fresh air in during the day! The kitchen was fully equipped with brand new appliances and dish wear (great for longer stays since you can buy groceries and cook for yourself instead of eating out all the time). The bedroom was also very well decorated and had a big comfortable bed and an armoire that I could hang my clothes in. The shower and toilette in the bathroom also worked with no problems at all. The location is very good if you are looking to hit the beach. It was literally a five minute walk to promenade des Anglais and the ocean! I had a great stay and would definitely rent this place again!
This cosy apartment has been recently renovated and it is a bargain considering the location. It is within walking distance of the major attractions such as the Old Town, shopping, banking machines, restaurants, the Promenade des Anglais and many museums and art galleries. We did not rent a car as the city transit is very good and the train station is within walking distance. It is also ten minutes from the airport.
The washing machine came in handy as it cut down on our packing and we were able to do a wash several times during our stay. Having our own fully equipped kitchen was useful as there are grocery stores and a bakery within walking distance. Also, having WiFi available allowed us to use our laptop computer.
We really enjoyed our two week stay in Nice. There is so much to see and do in the French Riviera. It was a great way to celebrate my husband's retirement!
