Wouldn't you love to be able to wake up and breakfast at your leisure. Go to bed when you want in peace and quiet. No hotel meal times to stick to or noisy guest to contend with. Your own private pool and well equipped games room. With our self-catering villa you can do just that. Conveniently located at the western end of US192 with all the dining, shopping and attractions it has to offer. After a busy day, relax and unwind in our home from home 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. We can accommodate 8 guests (7 beds + babies cot). All linen and towels provided. With a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, it really is a home from home. The games room is a fabulous addition to keep all the family entertained and the private pool area is not overlooked with some lovely sunsets. You may even be lucky enough to wake up to see hot air balloons gliding overhead. As we provide great value family accommodation you will see why many of our guests return year after year.

Located at the western end of highway 192, our villa is ideally located for countless restaurants, supermarkets, shops, golf and attractions which adorn this popular strip. Best of all, we're only a 10 minute drive to Disney main entrance. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 minutes away, with Sanford Airport approx 60 minutes. Being situated in the centre of Florida, you can be on the east or west coasts within 90 minutes. After visiting all that Florida has to offer, you will be ready to relax and unwind in the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood which is Indian Ridge Oaks.

Laid out on just one level, it is ideal for wheelchair users and toddlers. All pool access doors are alarmed for additional safety and security. Just down the street you will find communal tennis, playground and swimming pool. The private swimming pool measures 26ft x 11ft and can be heated if required ( pool heat is an optional extra, rates on application). The patio area is furnished with sun beds and chairs with the added bonus of outdoor dining facilities.
