This amazing luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in the idillic Spanish fishing village of Gran Tarajal, just 25 minutes South of the island, from the airport.. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with an infants cot + high chair,which are available FREE of charge if required.The large modern living & dining area is fitted with air-conditioning.

The apartment as a 45m sq private sun soaked terrace, which includes front line breathtaking sea & mountain views.The 25m swimming pool can also be viewed from the terrace.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area & washing machine.Tassimo coffee machine is provided in the kitchen,for all those coffee lovers!

This uniquely located apartment offers lazy days by the pool,gym facility or strolls into the harbour or nearby town with its promenade & unspoilt sandy beach!

The promenade offers a good choice of restaurants of which are all very reasonably priced & to a high standard of food!And for fish lovers the daily catch is highly recommended.

Location: Vista Mar 5J located in Gran Tarajal,overlooking the harbour which takes pride in hosting the Fuerteventura. Gran Tarajal Open de Pesca de Altura. Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin,there is a typical Spanish fiesta(party) at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment,lots of fun!!

Gran Tarajal's location means that it is a good base, it as all amenities to hand and is just a 20 minute drive to the famous white sandy beaches of the south, zoo and water sport regions!

Complex amenities: The complex as a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities adjacent to it.Vista Mar also offers a 25m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. All this is exclusive for guests & owners only!

Vista Mar 5J is one of very few that includes its own private parking space, directly behind the apartment, this means no walking up or down stairs with heavy shopping or beach bags:-)

Local attractions & activities: For anyone who is partial for a round of golf,Las Playitas is just 5 minutes from the apartment and is set in a idyllic ocean view location.Also very popular on the island is the sport of kite & wind surfing,located just 20 minutes South is the famous beach of Sotavento,lessons are available here at the Rene Egli Centre.

Sea Fishing,jet ski,sand dune buggies, cycling & diving.

Really marvellous! Wow! What a place to stay!

Thank you very much for the nice time we spend in your apartment. We had a wonderful time.

We found all the facilities as described; everything was in place, very clean and very complete.

Worth to mention: there was a nice (little) welcome-pack and also bed-linen and towel packs were available. As you told us, we brought or own beach towels.

Gran Tarajal is not touristic at all; but the town has nice shops were you can buy all kind of things. You can reach the centre of the town (also by car) through the road alongside the harbour. On arrival (from the FV2) do not drive through the centre of the town, but when approaching Gran Tarajal entrance, before the Palm trees: turn the road right and left around one Km further, then you will arrive directly at the apartments of Vista la Mar.

Relaxing holiday in a great location

This property has an amazing view, is well appointed and is a great pied-à-terre to tour the southern part of Fuerteventura from. The apartment was very clean and offered everything we required (for three adults and two children).

One word of advice: don't rent too big a car - the garage is a maze of pillars!

All in all highly recommended.

However if you choose not to explore the island, Gran Tarajal has everything you need including 2 large supermarkets many bars and restaurants and a great local family beach. Superbly equipped apartment in a smart complex just as described, and spotlessly clean. The spacious terrace was a real sun trap. Gran Tajaral not at all commercial, with some lovely restaurants. We liked Da Nonna.

Stunning views - a great place to stay

This is an absolutely stunning apartment with views over the bay that are second to none. It is a well equipped 3 bed apartment with everything you could want for a perfect break.

The terrace gets sun from morning to night and because of the design of the development you don't feel overlooked or on view.

The town is very "Spanish" with a good collection of restaurants and local shops.

This is the ideal place to stay if you want to laze away the hours and days. There is a pool (but it's not heated) and a gym if you are feeling a little more active.

Amazing Holiday

This Apartment is very clean,spacious and quiet.A good base to explore the island.

The terrace gets the sun all day,all the time we were there we had the pool to ourselves for 2 days,the kids loved it.If you want to eat in, the kitchen is great for preparing food.Lesley and Tracey ,the owners are great to deal with and let you know were all the great restaurants are.The pool gets cleaned every morning and they even wipe down the sun beds .Grand Tarajal has Supermarkets ,restaurants ,Bakeries and a good beach.The only problem we had, was we only had 2 weeks there .We would recommend this apartment and will be going back.T.Fenton

This is a beautiful property decorated very tastefully it has everything you could need down to the little details like books and games. Lovely pool area with children's pool and all is very safe for the kids. What really impressed me the most was how helpful the owner leslie and Tracey were they went above and beyound to make sure our holiday was enjoyable
