This amazing luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in the idillic Spanish fishing village of Gran Tarajal, just 25 minutes South of the island, from the airport.. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms with an infants cot + high chair,which are available FREE of charge if required.The large modern living & dining area is fitted with air-conditioning.

The apartment as a 45m sq private sun soaked terrace, which includes front line breathtaking sea & mountain views.The 25m swimming pool can also be viewed from the terrace.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes cooker, dishwasher and microwave. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area & washing machine.Tassimo coffee machine is provided in the kitchen,for all those coffee lovers!

This uniquely located apartment offers lazy days by the pool,gym facility or strolls into the harbour or nearby town with its promenade & unspoilt sandy beach!

The promenade offers a good choice of restaurants of which are all very reasonably priced & to a high standard of food!And for fish lovers the daily catch is highly recommended.

Location: Vista Mar 5J located in Gran Tarajal,overlooking the harbour which takes pride in hosting the Fuerteventura. Gran Tarajal Open de Pesca de Altura. Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin,there is a typical Spanish fiesta(party) at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment,lots of fun!!

Gran Tarajal's location means that it is a good base, it as all amenities to hand and is just a 20 minute drive to the famous white sandy beaches of the south, zoo and water sport regions!

Complex amenities: The complex as a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities adjacent to it.Vista Mar also offers a 25m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. All this is exclusive for guests & owners only!

Vista Mar 5J is one of very few that includes its own private parking space, directly behind the apartment, this means no walking up or down stairs with heavy shopping or beach bags:-)

Local attractions & activities: For anyone who is partial for a round of golf,Las Playitas is just 5 minutes from the apartment and is set in a idyllic ocean view location.Also very popular on the island is the sport of kite & wind surfing,located just 20 minutes South is the famous beach of Sotavento,lessons are available here at the Rene Egli Centre.

Very impressed with both the property and the area. Apartment is lovely with all mod cons. Gym and pool were both lovely as were the staff .Gran Tarajal is ideal for a relaxing holiday with amazing value for money This was our first time in Fuerteventura but cant wait to return. A LOVELY MONTH IN FUERTEVENTURA

This was my first trip to the Canary Islands and I am so lucky I ended up in this apartment and this town. From the very beginning Leslie and Tracey were so responsive and helpful - they made everything very easy. The apartment has a fabulous view, and it was extremely clean and well furnished. The town is quaint and quiet, not touristy at all. There are two restaurants on the esplanade that I went to multiple times since the food was so good: Da Nonna and Tapaventura. In my opinion you can't find a better location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and you certainly can't find hosts who are more accommodating than Leslie and Tracey.

Having booked last minute we didn't know what to expect but had a lovely surprise when we got to the apartment.
It was well presented and well finished with stunning views in a tranquil location,
Lots of local bars and restaurants only a stones throw away ,

ULTIMATE LUXURIOUS RELAXATION

What a fantastically appointed apartment In a beautiful area of Fuerteventura that also provides a great base to tour the rest of the island.

The owners are really knowledgeable and friendly and provided us with all the information required pre booking and it was a nice touch to receive our welcome pack on arrival and the apartment was spotless.

Accommodation is very well appointed and really spacious with everything you will need for a family holiday including the BBQ on the terrace which is a great way to soak up the early evening sun to go with the superb views.

So many places to visit but we recommend the beaches at Sotavento and Esquinzo. A trip to the Beach Bar at Esquinzo is a must on a Sunday for paella lovers!

There are a great selection of restaurants in the local village which is a short pleasant stroll along the seafront and quality is excellent.

Worth a drive over to Pared to watch the sunset and there is a lovely seafood restaurant on the coast, also don't forget the sand dunes at Corralejo which are worth a visit.

So much to see in a week so suggest definitely worth a trip back and probably two weeks next time!

RELAX AND UNWIND IN GRAN TARAJAL

The terrace balcony drew us to the apartment in Gran Tarajal initially but once we were there we discovered it has so much more to offer and we were so happy with our choice. We loved spending our days lounging on the terrace, whether it was having a simple meal, reading on the sunbeds, or enjoying a BBQ. The terrace was perfect day or night, particularly because of the large awning which shields from the hottest sun without blocking the spectacular view of sea and mountains. It is truly idyllic. The rest of the apartment is also 5 star- spacious, modern and clean. We found the apartment’s facilities (i.e. fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, A/C, TV & DVD player, garage, etc.) extremely convenient. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and gym, which was constantly being cleaned by staff. In terms of the location, we loved being so close to the sea and hearing the waves from the terrace. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the promenade in Gran Tarajal, along the black sand beaches. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants. You can sit with a drink or an ice cream and watch the world go by. Our favourite place was Cofradia, an unassuming little fish place by the marina. We also enjoyed the nearby resort of Las Playitas (6km) with its fisherman’s cottages and boats and Ginigimar (4km) which is unspoilt. Olas de Sur in Ginigimar is a real gem of a bar / restaurant with a few tables outside overlooking the sea. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday. Leslie and Tracey are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We loved to go back and would recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to see the real “Fuertventura.”
