Other bedrooms feature brand new beds and 600+ thread count linens, are especially spacious and all have great views. Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar & bar stools, expansive dining table and 6 new comfy chairs, fully stocked pantry, new crockery and cutlery for the guests. Microwave, Huge Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, modern range, rice cooker, electric kettle, coolers on hand, ice machine, garage freezer, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender for margaritas and every thing else you could imagine. All clearly labeled, new and easy to use. The works!

Since coming into the vacation rental market, the owner has received great comments and acts on feedback to maintain a quality experience. Some clients are rebooking for a month at a time. In 2009, all carpets and tiles are brand new. The expansive ocean outdoor deck is also newly tiled and a portable heater added for those cool romantic nights.

snorkelling, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and great shopping opportunities....Or you could stay home and RELAX in the huge sunken living/entertainment room with 42 inch flatscreen TV that hooked into central Bose system.....enjoy the Dual Gas remote Fireplace. Bose sound CD player (remember to bring your IPOD - hook up is now available), DVD, Huge outside panoramic deck with BBQ and deck furniture to include new chaise lounges, complete with tiki torches and fuel. Full Bose stereo system hard wired throughout home, even outside on the deck! Secured code gated entrance to the home itself and wireless intercom. Property is regulary sprayed for ANY varmints that are associated with the tropics. The house is so wonderfully CLEAN!

There is a huge lawn and towering forest cover for the kids to play or couples to wander, with so much to explore. Its a working ranch, so cows/calves, turkeys, horses and even little pigs roaming the land is not an uncommon site. Don't worry the house is totally fenced and nothing can enter the property lines. Another vacation option is to just relax outside and gaze at the incredible views or the 'blankets' of stars at night.....it's quiet - you can hear birds soar thru the air high above and hear them sing for miles. Watch and listen to the whales breach way below in the Pacific or see the moon set...it's spectacular.
