Comfortable and quiet apartment with four beds, kitchenette and two spacious closets, located in Venice-Mestre, opposite the main entrance of one of the city parks, walking distance from the center with a parking space in the garden. The accommodation is ideal for its location, is accessible by bus or taxi in 15 minutes from Venice, 5 minutes from the railway station of Venice-Mestre. The output of the ring road via Miranese, if you come with your own, is 500 m away. Venice (which is only 15 minutes) is easily accessible by bus (No. 7 and "Venice") which run every 10 minutes, the bus stop is 50 meters from the house. The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, TV, hair dryer, iron and linen. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and supermarket 200 m.

Unbeatable Value

Given how expensive Venice is, this apartment was a great value for an affordable price. Equipped with everything needed for a short stay including clothes washing machine, iron, and a fully equppied kitchen with sundries. Very close to the Venezia/Bus 7 bus stop allowing for a 15 minute trip to Venice proper. Walking distance to the Mestre train station. Down the street is a supermarket which stays open until 8pm on business days. Marina and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts, they met us at the bus stop and showed us around the area. They even gave us biscotti (cookies) and a small bottle of prosecco sparkling wine on our arrival. We felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood and in the nearby park. The only thing we wished for was an internet connection in the apartment.

NICE AND GOOD LOCATED APARTMENT

This location is ideally suited to visiting all the main attractions in Venice. It is literally two minutes away from the bus station and about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

The accommodation itself was also very good. We were a family of five and we feel very comfortable . The flat was very clean and the owner`s provided excellent service, they wait us at the train station when we arrived and bring us to the flat. They provided valuable information about the Mestre and Venice. They give us instructions and maps, so we could start exploring and enjoying in beautiful Mestre and Venice.

I would highly recommend this flat to everyone and will definitely use it again on our next visit to Venice.

Great location for rental in Mestre

We stayed 2 nights and found it truly excellent value for money, It was great for 2 people and even for parents and 2 young children it would be great value. It was very convenient to a good supermarket with excellent prices, the bus to Venice and is within walking distance of Mestre railway station. The owners are very, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is fully equipped. Highly recommended.

A cozy and very convenient studio

We enjoyed our stay at Mestre so much. The studio is exactly like the photos. Everything is in very good shape. It is very quiet and we slept well. The location is great!! The bus stop to Venice is 2 minutes walk and there are markets, bakery and a great ice cream place near by. Giuseppe and Marina the owners were so kind and helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed. We strongly recommend this place.
