This beautiful two storey semi detached villa is located on a new development perched at the edge of Lebrija with panoramic views overlooking the Andulcian town. All amenities, including ,shops,bars, restaurants, train station and bus stops are just a few minutes walk. Close by (2k) is a superb olympic sized public swimming pool equipped with bar and garden areas (request opening dates when booking). Upstairs has a family bathroom, three generous double bedrooms with slide robes. The master bedroom has an unsuite bathroom with sliding doors leading to a Juliet- style balcony. Downstairs has a modern kitchen and a downstairs wc. A superb large lounge/dining room with two beautiful sofas, one which coverts to a double bed. The house has hot and cool air-conditioning . Outside has a beautiful spacious patio, ideal for eating out or simply relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sun.

The house is a lovely new modern villa, tastefully decorated to complement its spanish surroundings. It is a few minutes from a number of small parks including the San Benito nature Park as well as stunning water fountains.

It is equipped with everything that would be required to ensure a wonderful holiday including TV, DVD/CD player, CDs, DVDs, books, sunloungers, towels, hairdryer, iron, on street parking and tourist information on all the local and nearby attractions.

Lebrija is ideally located to suit all tastes in holidays.For those who want to relax and just take in the traditional spanish way of life, you can stroll through the narrow cobbled streets with quaint cafes, spectacular churces and a busy market. Take a well earned break at one of the many fine bars and restaurants surrounding the the Plaza De Espania and just watch the world go by.

The town hosts a number of fiestas throughout the year including the Annual Fair of Lebrija which is 4 day extravaganzal for all the family It is held around the 12th September and is an opportunity for women to dress up in their spectacular flamenco dresses, the men exhibit their horses and the children enjoy the fair.

At Easter time,the locals celebrate the famous Semana Santa a spectacular religious events where brotherhoods, march in procession, carrying magnificent pasos, lifelike sculptures of scenes of the Passion of Jesus Christ or the Virgin Mary. There are a number of local Bodegas where you can sample the top class, locally made, sherry and brandy with the option to buy, at amazing prices

Lebrija is surrounded by a number of other nearby magnificant towns such as Ronda, Argos de La Frontera and Jerez which hosts the famous annual Motorcycle Grand Prix. It is also close to a number of high quality golf courses such as Montecastillo Golf Club: The Montecastillo Golf Club, property of the Barceló Montecastillo Resort which has 18 holes, par 72, and was designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Within 20 kilometers is the Donana National Nature Reserve famous for its precious birds of prey and Lynx. A daily ferry from Sanlucar takes you to the Park. A little further down the coast is the stunning beaches of Chipiona, Ballena and Rota which offer miles of sandy beaches favoured by sunbathers, surfers and water skiers.

About Veronica McEneaney

We had been to Spain a few times and were intrigued with its history culture and music. We bought the house because we fell in love with Lebrija, it had everything we wanted, charm, history. We were amazed at how unspoilt lebrija was and truly enjoy the tradional spanish way of life that Lebrija offers and its proximity to the coast and cities.

We loved the property as soon as we saw it. It was not the usual plain, flat roofed spanish property, but a handsome spanish house with a pitched roof with beautiful terracota roof tiles. We liked where the house was located in a lovely street in a quiet area just at the edge of the town and built to a very high standard. The spanish neighbours were friendly and helpful.

What makes this villa unique

The house is close to the end of the street which is located next to open countryside with fields that are transformed into a sea of blazing yellow sunflowers in May and June that are a magnificant sight. The house has a charming private patio which allows you to enjoy quiet sunbathing or just soak up the warm evenings. .

A very comfortable base.

We had an excellent time being based in Lebrija, even with weather that could have been better. The owner made every effort to ensure that all was in place to make our stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible through her local helpers. The facilities suited our requirements with a good kitchen. Lebrija was an interesting place to explore for a day and we also enjoyed visiting Cadiz, Jerez, Arcos, Sanlucar de Barameda and a number of birdwatching sites. The holiday villa we felt was good value.

Lebrija is so lovely and interesting, I am surprised you got round it in one day, perhaps if the weather had been kinder, you would have been able to do more exploring and enjoyed the numerous little plazas, churches and historic buildings. Great house in Andalousia

We had a great holiday in Lebrija. The house is spacious, well equipped ... airco, kitchen, beach equipment ..., and located a nice town in the middle of Andalusia.
We also liked the excellent onsite documentation of all interesting places in the neighborhood, and the outside (shaded) patio (welcome in summer).
The motorway is not far and brings You in no time to all interesting places of Andalusia.

wonderful house and vacation!

This house is truly a gem! Spacious, clean, comfortable, with a nice garden, and located within walking distance from the city centre. Ideal when travelling with kids; there are two small children's playgrounds in the vicinity. And the house makes an excellent base for visiting Seville (45 minutes drive), Jerez de la Frontera (45 minutes drive) and the coast (30 minutes). The small historical town itself is also worth seeing.

The owner is also very friendly and helpful.

exquisite house and a lovely owner

My family of five - including 2 teenagers and our 11 year old son - found this to be the perfect holiday base for our week in October. The house itself is spacious, clean, well-furnished and very attractive all round. The furniture is new, the beds are comfortable and it is immaculate throughout. All the equipment and accessories you could need are there, from books, tourist information, spare bedding, kitchen supplies and even a large paella pan! It has the feel of a well-loved home rather than a holiday let and I can honestly say that of all the four properties we have rented from this website, this is the best.
We arrived late at night and found that Veronica had made excellent arrangements to welcome us, including provisions, and she was unobtrusively attentive and kind throughout.
Lebrija is a lovely little town and the area is brilliant for a family holiday. So much history and culture, lovely seaside resorts nearby and fascinating cities to discover. We found the local people friendly - we went to the local church and were invited to join a fundraising paella lunch which was lovely - and all the people in the shops seemed to appreciate our attempts to speak Spanish with them. Little English is spoken, so be prepared! We hired a car and found the roads very easy to drive on and the distances to Cadiz, Seville, Jerez could be covered within 30 minutes to an hour. We also discovered lovely little towns and villages nearby, such as Arcos de le Frontiere which didn't feature much in all the main guidebooks but were well worth visiting. In fact there's so much to do within an hour of the property that you can easily occupy yourself for a week or more without driving far.
On a practical level, the local shops and supermarkets are very good, especially for cheap, good quality seafood and fresh veg. We visited many of the local cafes and coffee shops and found the cakes to be particularly good. There is a lovely bakery and cake shop near the house and a supermarket within walking distance too.
We will certainly return!

We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your holiday and liked the house, we really appreciate your compliments, we do like anyone who stays at the house to feel as comfortable and at home as possible and to have everything they might need to have a great holiday. You certainly packed a lot into your week visiting Jerez, Cadiz, Seville and the coast, it is great that they are all closeby within easy reach and as you say the roads are fantastic. Although if you didn't fancy driving, there is a great train and bus service from Lebrija to all the cities and beaches that is very cheap.The train station is a 10 minute walk from the house. I am so glad you got the opportunity to practice your spanish, Lebrija is so spanish and unspoilt by tourism, it is like going back in time. Catherine, I am so glad you all had a great time and are welcome to go back anytime.

Superb Holiday.

My Husband our 3 children 11, 9, and 6 years and i stayed for 10 wonderful days in this villa in June this year. On arrival I was delighted to see the villa was just as described. Brightly decorated spotlessly clean and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything I would possibly need. There was also a welcome pack with lots of local information on restaurants Bars churches bus and train stations all within walking distance and as neither my husband nor I drive it was a bonus that the trains and buses were very regular and very affordable. Also with the welcome pack were some essentials bread, butter, tea , coffee, milk and even some treats for the children which was a nice personal touch and of course the children were so delighted with. On The first evening we took a walk into Lebrija which took us less than 10 minutes The shops were still open and there was a family atmosphere around the Spanish square ,in the restaurants we found the people friendly and as Lebrija is not a tourist area we felt we got the best of the Spanish people. we took day trips to Cadiz which was a boat trip that the children enjoyed. Chipiona and Sanlucar beaches were beautiful and Seville had so much to see we decided to book into a hotel and stay the night so we could see some flamenco dancing and have an early start next morning to see all we wanted in savile. We enjoyed every place we went to. We found the Spanish cater very much for children and were delighted with this as it made for a much nicer holiday for the children as well. We are really hoping to go back to Spain next year and as this was our first family holiday abroad it is the one we will be comparing all our future holidays to. I would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of going to Lebrija the host were very friendly and most helpful I am sure i will be talking to them both again. It was great that you took advantage of the train and bus services, they really are excellent value for money and are perfect for anyone that does not drive or does not fancy driving on holiday. I knew you would love Seville, it is so Spanish and mangages to maintain its quaintness even though it is a city. It isthe type of city that you always want to go back to. I am delighted you like Lebrija, the locals are so friendly and really do cater fro familes. The Spanish Square espcially is a great place place for the locals to gather for family meals and drinks. It is a great opportunity to really soak in the spanish easy going way of life in beautiful surroundings. Teresa you and your family are most welcome to go back to Lebrija next time I would recommend trips to Jerez to a local Flamenco club, the market and the Sherry and brandy bodegas. The Andalusian School of Horses is also superb.

TRES BELLE LOCATION

Très bien comme location, très spacieuse, bien amménagée très calme surtout le matin (hors heures espagnoles et feria) mais on est en vacances. Bien située pour faire plein de visites notamment Seville Cadix Ronda la Sierra etc
Nous étions très bien et avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de Diana et de très bons contacts avec Véronica la propriétaire

La petite ville de Lebrija est très bien on trouve tout ce qu'on veut

Je conseille cette location à tous tant rapport qualité prix que situtation géographique Nous y sommes restés 15 jours
