This recently refurbished spacious apartment has a very bright and airy living room combined with the dinner area, decorated in a unique style, mixing both modern and antiques elements like clasic mirrors, painting or chairs and wall spainted in pastel shade, that looks onto the street. The two confortable sleeping rooms, situated at the end of the corridor, totally separate from the living room, which allows visitors to be free and enjoy good sleep while others stay awake in the living room. It aso includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom nearby, plus a fully equipped separate kitchen. This refurbished and updated property offers guests a high level of comfort, style and exclusivity in a lovely neighbourhood.

  • ATTENTION: we have a minimum stay of 1 week, and only rent for less when there's a window available in between reservations.

    Per night for each guest after 2:
    20€/night extra person.
    10€/extra extra child (4-18 years)

    Security deposit: 600€

    Booking payment: 25%.
    Balance: Cash/credit card upon arrival (Payment with Credit Card is subject to a 1% charge. 3% Surcharge for payments with American Express).

    Security Deposit:
    at arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 48 hours after the end of the stay.

    Season rates:
    +20.00% for Easter 5 nights min.
    +20.00% for Arco art week.
    +20.00% 1st May weekend 3 nights min.
    +20.00% for Christmas and new year eve, min. stay 7 nights.
  • Check In:
    When you arrive to the apartment, a FSH team member will provide you with all of the relevant information about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. You will then be handed the keys to your new apartment in Madrid!

    We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment check-in policy:
    • Check-in hours are between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.
    • If you would like to check-in before 3:00pm we will do our utmost to accommodate you. If an earlier check-in is not possible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Madrid and return to the apartment as of 3:00pm.
    • If you would like to check-in after 9:00pm and additional fee of 30€ will be charged until 11:00pm and Sundays; and any check-ins later that time will be charged 50€.
  • Check Out:
    To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask you to indicate your estimated time of departure beforehand sending us an email.

    On the day of your check out, you must vacate the apartment before 11:00am. We kindly ask that you inspect the apartment before leaving, dispose of any garbage, and leave the keys on the living room table. Our cleaning team will arrive at 11:00am to clean and to review the apartment inventory.

    If you would like to leave the apartment alter 11:00am we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs; however, it is vital that you inform us your plans in advance. If a late departure cannot be arranged, you are more than welcome to leave your packed luggage in the apartment and return to pick up before 3:00pm.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartment is really stunning and extremely clean. It jas been very nicely restored.The bathrooms and kitchen are remodeled and are very nice. Two drawbacks: There is no oven in the kitchen, but otherwise the kichen is well apppointed including dishwasher and both a washing machine and a dryer. The bedrom on the street side which while larger does not have an en suite bathroom, and is quite noisy and bright in the mornings. Only one of the three windows in that room has functional shutters.
Also beware, that if you wire money into the management company's bank you will be hit with a charge of about $50+.
The surrounding area has shop's and restaurants and is close to two metro stops.
The check-in was very efficient.

About your payment issue, we work from 4 years ago in the short term rental business with Homeaway with ten properties, so we are an experienced company. We have an arrangement with our bank and we have no fees to receive or send payments, as i have explained you before, we recommend you to be careful to send international wires in dollars and ask to your bank to send the exact amount in euros, if not the could rest their fees form the amount your are transferring for your reservation, also the money change could be an issue.
