VILLA WITH POOL AND GARDEN IN CENTRAL LISBON

A lovely small villa behind the owner's property separated by a beautiful garden with a pool. The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of room to sit and eat, the shower room is adequate for all needs, the double bedroom has drawer and wardrobe space and the sitting room doubles as a second bedroom with a single bed and another pullout bed below. The bathroom and double bedroom have no windows but there is an extractor in the bathroom.The bedroom remains cool in the warmest days as it never gets the sun. From the sliding doors in the kitchen there is a large table with bench chairs in the open air but with a sliding awning for shade. Here there is an amazing stone barbeque, a kiln and a fish cleaning table.
Access to the property from the front is by a few steep steps so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems, other than that it is a lovely villa in a rsidential area and is very safe.
The bus stop to town is just along the road or the metro is a 5 minute walk away. In easy walking distance there are 2 supermarkets for groceries and the Mercado offers fresh meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. There are also lots of smaller shops close by. For anyone arriving by taxi it is best if you have street directions as our driver had no idea of the address.
