Cool, white and stunningly decorated this beautiful apartment has a fabulous terrace and splendid Roman views. Spoil yourself in a Palazzo on Rome's most beautiful Street, Via Margutta, where Gregory Peck wooed Audrey Hepburn in the most famous "Roman Holiday" of all. Close to both the Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, you will be walking distances to all the major sites, and moments away from Via Babuino, Via Condotti, Via Del Corso for Rome's most fabulous shopping. There are great restaurants, gelaterias, cafes, bars and intimate trattorias in every direction. Live a most elegant but authentic Roman experience.

Approximately 5 minutes walk from "Spagna" Metro station (at "Piazza di Spagna", line A), 12 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and a 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Enter off peaceful and arty Via Margutta into a plant-filled realm of gardens and terraces. Climb the stairs of this 18th century Palazzo to a private balcony. Then enter into this spacious, light-filled, two/three bedroom apartment with living room, plus separate kitchen and dining room large enough to entertain a crowd (or to make a third bedroom - If you book for 6, we will set up the beds).

Go out and up and find the second bedroom on the very top of the building next to the treasure of a terrace. It offers fabulous views of Rome's great domes and the magnificent Villa Medici. With plenty of comfortable furniture, sun or shade, a table for dining and even a second kitchen, you will not want to leave it! Back inside, large double-glazed windows provide both silence and plenty of light. 3 beautiful new bathrooms, 2 with roman tiles and fully supplied kitchen complete the picture. It is very quiet, has all the mod cons, including Wifi, microwave, automatic espresso machine, clothes washer and dishwasher. Modern furnishings create tranquil surroundings. Maid service 3 days a week is included. A short walk to the Spanish Steps, shopping, museums, and 2 Metro stops makes it an ideal location. A wonderful outdoor market is an easy walk away for daily shopping of the freshest fruits and vegetables imaginable.

Please note, there is no elevator and this is on the second floor, so not for those who have trouble with stairs. However, we will help you with your bags on arrival. The view from the terrace is worth the climb!

It was wonderful-- the city and the apartment! The apartment was really comfortable, well-furnished and supplied and having Anna (the housekeeper) every day is great. We used your restaurant recommendations, which were delicious. Also the location was perfect. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends.
